The Space:
Main Level:

Step inside and you’ll be welcomed by a grand, inviting living room, a couple of King bedrooms - featuring comfortable, plush 10” bamboo-cover mattress, a 50” Smart Roku TVs, and private ensuite bathrooms with vanity on each of them. For added convenience, there is also a powder room and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
The warm gathering space features a 55” Smart Roku TV, an indoor electric fireplace, and a stylish faux leather sofa for cozy evenings spent relaxing together.

The main level also includes a stylish dining and breakfast area with bar seating, along with a fully stocked kitchen designed to make mealtime easy and enjoyable. You’ll find a combo drip coffee maker and pod coffee machine, coffee grounds and pods, a variety of teas, spices, a toaster, kettle, blender, pots and pans, baking trays, utensils, cups, glasses, and everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner.

Step outside onto the deck to enjoy the gas grill, outdoor dining area while taking in the fresh mountain air.

Upper Level:

This level features 3 bedrooms - a king bedroom with comfortable plush 10” bamboo-cover mattress, and a private deck.
There's a queen bedroom with comfortable plush 10" bamboo-cover mattress, and a 50” Smart Roku TV. They both have a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom with vanity, that offers comfort and privacy, making it perfect for families and groups.

The 3rd bedroom features a comfortable king bedroom with a plush 10” bamboo-cover mattress, a 50” Smart Roku TV, a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with vanity, offering both comfort and privacy.


Lower Level:

The lower level offers a relaxing private retreat, the gaming area is designed for fun and entertainment for guests of all ages. Kids will love spending time here, while everyone can enjoy the Pac-Man arcade console with 14 different games, a pool table, a large selection of board games, and a 55” Smart Roku TV. It’s the perfect space for family game nights or a little downtime after a day of exploring.

Step into your private theater room designed for unforgettable movie nights and endless entertainment, with cozy seating and a large 75" screen. Mechanical rooms are locked and off-limits.

Guest Access:

The entire cabin and all outdoor living spaces are yours to enjoy during your stay.

After you receive our booking confirmation message, we will also need your name, number of vehicles and your vehicle tag information, to register your vehicle at the gate to obtain a car pass that is required to enter the resort at all times during your stay.

Three days prior to arrival, you’ll receive the address and check-in details, along with the door code.

We use keypad entry. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM onwards.

Please Read Carefully
To make sure we’re all on the same page:
Maximum occupancy: 10 guests, extra guests will be charged $50/ guest
No pets, if we find out pets were brought inside the property, you will be charged a $100 fees plus for any damages the pet has caused.
No smoking or vaping inside the Property.
No parties allowed.
Maximum parking: 5 cars
We offer a complementary entry up to 4 cars, additional cars will be charged $10/car at the Security Gate which will be passed on to our guests.
Furniture may not be moved.
No fireworks or littering.
Guests must be 20 years and older to book the cabin.
Amenities such as the hot tub, fire pit, and grill are used at guests’ discretion and responsibility.

Booking through VRBO confirms agreement with all house rules.
Violation of any house rules will result in immediate removal from the property with forfeiture of all remaining unused nights. No exceptions.


Starter Supplies We Provide:
Our kitchen is very well stocked with dinnerware, cookware, and utensils. You will usually also find basic spices.

We provide a coffee and tea bar with a regular drip coffee maker and a pod combo machine.

Please note that depending on the length of your stay and the number of guests, you may need to bring additional supplies.

Gas Grill & Firepit - (Please feel free to use the propane left in the existing tank and it’s BYO Propane tanks if you would like to use them)
**We cannot guarantee that there might be any propane left in the existing tanks**

Important Notes

This property has an exterior security camera overlooking the driveway area for your safety.

4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended and may be required during winter months or during snowfall.

Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance may provide reimbursement for covered events that prevent you from traveling as planned, such as medical or family emergencies, illness, work obligations, weather, power outages, and other issues beyond our control.

Please confirm with your travel insurance provider for a full list of covered events. We are unable to issue cancellations, trip changes, or refunds outside of our cancellation policy and will refer you to your travel insurance provider if your travel plans change.

Hot Tub:

We do have a 4-person hot-tub at our property, for guests who do not like to swim. Upon check-in, the hot tub may not be fully heated until later that evening, as it is drained, cleaned, and refilled after every guest. However, it will be sparkling clean. Please use the hot tub at your own risk.

Pool Rules
Please secure and lock pool doors at all times
Do not turn off the water hose/autofill, as it helps keep the pool functioning properly
Please shower before entering the pool to help keep the water crystal clear.
We maintain our pool temperature between 82 - 85 degrees at all times, and we set the room temperature between 86-88 degrees.
The Equipment room is locked for the safety of our guests.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
No running or diving
No glass near the pool
Please do not share the pool door code with minors

Wildlife:

Wildlife is common in the Smoky Mountains, so please keep doors closed to help prevent unwanted visitors from entering the cabin.

Bear warning: You can occasionally spot some bears in the area surrounding the cabin.
Do not feed bears.
Do not leave trash outside unless it is placed in the bear-proof containers.

Check-out instructions will be sent the day before departure.
