Modern 3 Bedroom Cabin with Mountain Views!

This stylish cabin built in February 2022, has gorgeous views of the Smoky Mountains in Wears Valley, TN. It has 2 expansive balconies off of the main and lower levels and a private balcony off of the loft bedroom. Your cabin comes with everything you should need for a comfortable stay. From the fully equipped kitchen to the bathroom toiletries, washer & dryer and a fireplace. There is even a shuffleboard table and board games! This cabin is half of a duplex unit. Come enjoy a peaceful getaway!

- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- We live a on the property, so we are available if needed!
- Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details, no additional guests permitted.
-Minimum age requirement for our home is 25+ years old

New construction community

We have Roku TVs throughout the cabin. There is no cable. You will need to sign into any accounts that you have subscriptions for. Roku`s do have some free viewing options as well.
$85 one time pet fee for up to 2 dogs
$1000 fee will apply to any reservation where a party or event was hosted, plus any damages
$250 fee for smoking of any kind inside the home

Spring Break get away.

Our adult children and granddaughter enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed sightseeing during the day and family time in the evenings playing games. It was a huge bonus that our 2 golden doodle dogs were able to come along. Beautiful cabin with breathtaking views. Owners quickly responded to any questions.

Cozy home base for visiting GSMNP area

Grateful for this great place to hang out in on colder days (great games, equipped kitchen, clean hot tub, great views) and to use as home base for exploring the area (outlet malls, tons of restaurants, and the national park are all easy to get to). We had a great stay!

Just What We Wanted

Having vacationed in this area before, we wanted a house away from the crazy traffic and congestion of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but within driving distance of the park, Dollywood, etc. In addition, many of the rentals in the area are older, dank, etc. Not this one. The new construction was perfect. It had everything we needed. It was a short drive to Townsend and the less-crowded access to the national park, along with a simple drive to Pigeon Forge if you want to partake in that. The entire Wears Valley area is charming and quiet. A great house. One note... I did not read carefully enough that this was a duplex. We were fortunate that the other unit was unoccupied, but I could imagine some of the charm being gone if there are noisy neighbors.

Great Location- Comfortable Stay

Great location away from the craziness of Seiverville and Gatlinburg but very close to both. Townsend was next town over and had the best restaurants. The cabin was perfect. Half of duplex as described but never any noise issues. Beds were comfortable, very clean, small but nice layout and never felt crammed. Bathrooms were large and double shower with window to mountain behind was nice. Views were incredible and large deck space to sit on and watch the bears from a safe distance. Bears! Lots of them! And rabbits! Day 1 our usually well behaved pup ran away after the rabbits but thankfully returned back safe. Luckily didn't run into bears. They would come down from mountain behind house and go down to property across. They just look at you and go on their way. Not aggressive but definitely keep your dog on leash. The cabin is almost at the top of the mountain so a bit of a workout walking dog but cul de sac at top close by was convenient. You park and enter at main level but from road side you're at the 2nd flr. Nice big deck and windows at main level were low to ground so dogs loved looking out window all day or from deck safely from above. Railings very high so safe if you have little kids. We didn't use spa but conveniently on ground level. No matter how hot it was during the day, nice cool breeze would come in evening. Overall very happy with stay and highly recommend.

Great Property

Cabin is clean and nicely decorated. Location is quiet but close enough to see so many things. Host was so responsive and friendly. Only wish was our two familes could sit together comfortably to watch tv at night. But we knew the layout as the photos are true to what you get

Wow! Wow! Wow!!

I cannot recommend this property enough!! If you are looking for somewhere to stay while visiting Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Dollywood do not look any further. We LOVED this rental. One of the best we’ve ever stayed in! The house was amazing!! So clean and new. Very comfortable. We brought our dog with us and it was perfect for her too! The location in Wears Valley is great. You’re out from all the mess of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but so close. We ate breakfast at Elvira’s right across the street one morning and it was fantastic!! If we come back to Dollywood we are stashing here again! Seriously…. Best place ever!!

Nice fall getaway to see family

I was in town to see family in the area and this was the ideal location. It is on Wears Valley Rd on the way to Townsend. You are about 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Townsend. Thirty minutes from Sevierville. This duplex is beautiful! It is very clean and has a beautiful view of the deck. I saw four black bears in the neighborhood! The gate gives a nice added touch of security. There is still construction going on in the neighborhood but it was not bothersome while I was there. The place is exactly as pictured and the communication was great. I look forward to staying here again!

Amazing trip!

My family and I stayed here for about of week for an end of summer break vacation. We loved it!! It's extremely clean, has a stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and was just perfect for us. I loved being in a new place without giving up a cabin vibe. The views were spectacular and I loved enjoying them while drinking my coffee on the balcony. My kids loved closing out each day with the hot tub and shuffle board. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful family trip

This property is located on the quiet side of the park, yet has a reasonable and scenic drive to the park entrance(s), Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. And, even if not going to any of those places, there is much to do nearby (Apple Valley Cafe, general stores, coasters). The drive up to the property was also very easy. It was exceptionally clean and beautifully-decorated, and had all we needed to enjoy our stay. The owners provide plenty of "starter" items, and more so really. The view is so lovely from the dining area, and the same view can be admired from the generous balconies. We loved sitting by the faux-fireplace, even in summer, as there is a non-heat option. The showers are huge, and are very helpful for people with some mobility issues. The kids enjoyed their space on the lower level. We really appreciated being allowed to bring our two cats. The owners were very quick to respond at any time we contacted them. Would happily stay here again!

Beautiful Cabin

My family and our dog stayed in this cabin for 11 nights. The property managers were very responsive to all of our needs. The cabin was very clean and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. They even picked up our trash mid stay. The kids had plenty of room to spread out and they kept themselves entertained. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at this BEAUTIFUL, brand new cabin. With three levels, there was more than enough room for our party of 5 adults. The cabin was decorated very well and had breath-taking views. It was in a great location, central to everything we wanted to do, including driving the Tail of the Dragon. Our hosts were very gracious and available if needed. We would highly recommend this rental, and we hope to return again ourselves someday.

Would book again!

We stayed at this beautiful duplex for our weekend getaway to Dollywood. Only 25 minutes from Dollywood which was excellent for us. It was the perfect set up for my family of 3 and my best friends family of 4. We could tell we were one of the first families to stay here. It is decorated beautifully and is well taken care of. We had everything we needed for our stay. Clean bedding, towels, laundry detergent, kitchen supplies, and fun games for all were included with this stay. There are a few kinks that needed to be worked out in the home given that it’s a new build. The owner responded within 5 minutes of our email about one of the issues and resolved it within 30 minutes! The views are beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book here again!
