Welcome to Mis-Bear-Havin! This single-story, 2,200 sqft, beautiful cabin with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offers every luxury and caters to the discerning traveler seeking a unique and luxurious vacation experience in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin is Pet-Friendly and offers seclusion, a yard, a wooded view, a game room, hot tub, wifi throughout the cabin and is perfect for a small family or a couples retreat.
There is parking for 4 vehicles and easy access into the cabin.

Main Level
On entering the cabin, you will find an open-plan living area with living room, kitchen, dining room and access to the wrap-around covered deck. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a laundry room, game room and spacious decks with seating, a hot tub, gas fire pit and a fenced off yard for your pet.

The living room features comfortable seating, an electric fireplace and a huge HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and seating for 2 at the bar. The dining table provides seating for 8 guests. There is an arcade game in the dining area.

Bedrooms: Just off the living area, you will find the bunk room for the kids with a twin bunk, a single twin bed and HDTV.
Down the hall, there are 3 more bedrooms, 2 baths and the laundry room.
All 3 these bedrooms offer a king bed and HDTV. The master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom with walk-in tiled shower, a soaker tub and wall-mounted TV.
The second full bathroom is shared and features a tub/shower.

Step out onto the spacious patio area and discover a variety of things to do. The outdoor covered game area features an air hockey table, foosball, string-game and large outdoor HDTV (next to the hot tub).
There is a comfortable sitting area with a gas fire pit, a gas grill, picnic table and a large hot tub where guests can relax and enjoy the sounds of nature.

Just off the front porch, you will find a fenced in lawn area in the yard where your pet can play during the day. Take a few steps down to the lower private patio with a swing/day-bed and relax with a book, or just enjoy some quite time.

Guests are provided with a complimentary Luxury Pass, offering a free ticket daily to several of the area’s most popular attractions.

Hot tub needs to be removed from the listing description. Does not work properly and definitely was not thoroughly cleaned before arrival. Rain shower in master does not work. Jet tub does not work in other bathroom. Fire pit quit working after about 5 minutes. Asked for partial refund because hot tub was not usable for most of our stay, property manager denied the refund. Could be a really nice property if everything worked as advertised. Loved the seclusion/location.

Property as described. Well furnished other than Cooking utensils/ pots and pans,WiFi worked well, porch is nice. Hot tub broken after 30 min of use and was never addressed by property management. AC broke on second day and was addressed by property management. Propane grill was disgusting, grease had to be cleaned off all the drawers in the kitchen before use. Some bugs inside including ants and crickets. Appeared clean otherwise. Could use at least another half bath for full occupancy.

We were so excited about our trip Pigeon Forge to celebrate our anniversary. We thought the chalet was perfect for our trip because we had no plans of leaving it while we were there. It had everything we wanted in a chalet and more. We couldn’t wait to get in the hot tub when we first got there as that was one of our requirements for renting the chalet along with a fire pit and a large shower with a rain shower in it. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found the hot tub really dirty and only have full of water. I had called and sent an email when I booked our stay to please have the hot tub clean and set on 99. I was EXTREMELY UPSET to find this when we arrived. We looked around the chalet and hopes that everything else would be perfect, but it was not. There was no fire pit and the rain shower did not work. I started to cry because again we were there to celebrate our anniversary and I wanted everything to be perfect. I immediately called the office and they sent someone to drain the hot tub and clean it out and to refill it. That was wonderful of them today, but there was still no fire pit and the rain shower did not work. Plus it took it the rest of the night to get warm. We only booked our trip for two nights so all of this was a very big deal to us. Our last night there I could not go to sleep so I wrote a letter to the people in charge of the chalet and told them that I thought it would only be fair if they refundedone night or gave us a free night stay. They agreed.

Mother’s Day trip

Hot tub did not work. Our stay consisted of maintenance in our deck for most of the stay. The outdoor space was a major factor in renting this one. And we weren’t able to really utilize it or get comfortable there. We left early and didn’t spend the last night there.
