Step into Majestic Overlook II by Beyond Expectations and experience elevated mountain living. The open-concept main floor welcomes guests with a spacious living room featuring plush seating, a stone fireplace, and large windows framing breathtaking Smoky Mountain views. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for home-cooked meals. A full bath and dining area complete the main level, offering a warm and inviting space for gathering.



Upstairs, two suites each offer king beds, private en-suite bathrooms, and access to a shared game room outfitted with a pool table, video game console, and additional sleeping space—perfect for kids or teens. Downstairs, two more suites provide privacy and comfort, each with en-suite baths and direct access to a lower deck overlooking the mountain range.



Outdoor living is a highlight at Majestic Overlook II. Multiple balconies offer seating areas to sip morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine. Majestic Overlook Cabin is located in the beautiful Grandview Resort. Within the center of all the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains. As you enter the resort, Wahoo Ziplines is situated at the entrance, along with the community pool. Start your adventure as soon as you enter the resort!



Getting Around:

Only 10 minutes from Downtown Pigeon Forge



Other Things to Note:

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission. NO PETS ALLOWED!

*Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.
