The cabin is a perfect location in Pigeon Forge. Very pleased with five bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for everyone. Was not happy with the heat in basement rooms, very cold. There was someone come and made adjustments, but still cold. All beds comfortable and clean bedding. Had to ask for extra towels and soaps etc. The kitchen overall was ok. The coffee pot was broken and water went everywhere, wiping up the floor with paper towels showed the kitchen floor was dirty, also except the dishwasher is broken and didn't get looked at or fixed during our stay, very disappointing. Was not offered any money back or anything. Was just given a " no one available on short notice." They did provide a new coffee pot, within a quick time, which I appreciate. There was guest checked out same day we arrived, I'm sure they mentioned the dishwasher. We also had a leak in bathroom ceiling from upstairs bathroom, no one came to check that either. The hot tub was not hot, so suggest you turn temp up hours before you decide to get in. We didn't get to enjoy it because of the cool water.I would suggest you bring plenty of paper towels, kitchen trash bags, laundry detergent etc. We would like to stay again, but will check everything first before we unload the car.

I’ll start with the fact that the space worked well for my family. We had six adults ( three couples) and three kids. Location is good for the area. Check in was halted by the door not opening due to a dead battery on the door entry. Host was quick to respond but we had to wait about 10 mins until someone showed up. Not ideal after driving 6 hours. Walking in this is not a new build home. Wear and tear is evident throughout. The furniture has seen better days. The floors were very dirty. Hot tub water was not very appealing. It was murky and had pieces from the inside of the lid floating in it. Fire place didn’t work and there were no instructions for it. Dishwasher also did not work.

Aspectos negativos: Limpieza
The property was fine overall and met our needs, with enough space for everyone and proximity to the main area of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.We were disappointed in the cleanliness/housekeeping. The beds had not been changed (i.e., fitted sheets were not clean/new, as evidenced by hairs and dirt on them and the sheets being wrinkled/bunched instead of freshly made), the bathrooms were dirty (hair on the counters and floors, tubs were visibly dirty, etc), and the place overall looked like it needed a deep clean.Additionally, the fridge had ice on the shelves (like water had spilled then froze) and although we cleaned it out, we continued to deal with ice/water issues all week; to be fair to the host, we did not inform him of these issues and just dealt with them as they came up.Separately, although the host replied to messages sent through the app, there were times we had to specifically reach out multiple times for information (i.e., check in door code) and response time was slow. Other times, we messaged about issues and while we received a response, it wasn't truly helpful (i.e., dishwasher didn't work and only response was that the host would have to have someone come out and look at it).Having some kind of "welcome" guide would have been helpful - information on use of fireplace, where to put garbage, etc. These were things we had to contact the host to figure out, as well.

Aspectos negativos: Limpieza
When we arrived I never received the information to check in. The host did respond within 15 minutes. Upon arrival we went inside the property wasn't overly clean, the refrigerator leaked and the dishwasher didn't work. We also learned that it's right beside a landfill so at night of you want to enjoy the hot tub it smells TERRIBLE. Half of the dishes we had were dirty and we had to wash them before using. It was convenient to all the attractions but definitely not worth the amount we paid.
