Everything about this cabin was beautiful. It fit our family perfectly. The kids enjoyed the pool while the adults enjoyed the view and hot tub. Everything was clean and in set up nicely for us. The host was very helpful and made sure everything was in place for our stay. It was Great!!!

Bearly Southern was perfection! We loved all the amenities (pool, hot tub, movie theater room, community pool, beautiful sunny decks). The kids had the best time - we had to talk them into staying at Dollywood because they wanted to come back to hang at the house! Great location too. We would love to return!

The home was spacious and beautiful. Very clean. Amenities were wonderful. Kitchen stocked with anything you could want/need for cooking/eating/serving. Manager was wonderful to work with. Answered any and all questions within minutes of when I messaged him. Highly recommend this property!!!!

Senior Trip

House was clean, and well stocked with towels, kitchen applicances/towels/utensils/pots & pans. Close to sightseeing, dinner shows, and shopping. Easy to get in and out, with plenty of parking available. Pool in the house, as well as an outdoor community pool in the resort. Very nice area. Resort was quiet (we didn't hear the neighbors). Host was easy to communicate with helped quickly with any questions or concerns we had. Would stay again!

Perfect for a friends reunion!

Perfect place for a large group with kids. They were always busy in the pool, theater, game room or down at the community pool. We were able to raft, go to Dollywood, and hiking in NP. Beds were comfortable, and nice sitting areas for everyone. Would come again!

My husband and I were there with our 3 adult children, their spouses and our 5 granddaughters (ages 5, 2, 6 months, 4 months, 2 months),and my brother and sister in law. We had a great time. The house is beautiful, clean and had plenty of things to do for our 5 and 2 year old. The host was amazing. It snowed and got very cold the day before we were supposed to leave. I contacted Chris with our concerns of getting stuck and he contacted someone about salting and scrapping the road the following morning. He said it was fine to check out late when we felt the roads were okay for travel. The next morning the roads were salted and scraped and we had no problem getting to the main road. He responded within minutes of any questions we had. The area is about a mile behind the Walmart in Sevierville and is very convenient to Pigeon Forge. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone. Thanks again Chris! We hope to be back sometime soon.

Amazing stay! We highly recommend!

From the moment we booked the home, to the moment we checked out, our experience was first-rate. Our group consisted of 8 adults and 10 children (ages 5 - 15). It was an extended family vacation to celebrate Christmas. The home is immaculate- clean, cozy, and luxurious. Every room was furnished & decorated beautifully. From the youngest to the oldest- all were excited to stay for the week. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to play, to share meals, or just relax and hang out. The kids watched movies, played board games, swam in the pool, & made smores on the deck. We've stayed in a lot of large vacation homes over the years, and the kids absolutely LOVED this one. The bunk setup was one of their favorite things. The home is located within minutes of a Walmart, Tanger outlets, and plenty of restaurants/shops. It's 4 minutes away from the Parkway (the main touristy road in Pigeon Forge). It was super convenient to grab a forgotten item, go out for a meal, or find entertainment.Communication was flawless. Chris was quick to respond before, during, and after the stay. We really appreciated the handwritten Christmas card, snacks, and surprises for the kids! The only downside we can come up with is that the home is in a neighborhood that is currently under construction. We were not bothered by any construction noise during the day, and there was none after hours. We highly recommend this home & would book it again in a heartbeat!
