We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your cosy and welcoming cabin. The indoor fireplace heater and jacuzzi made the cold evenings much warmer. We also enjoyed fishing at the lake. Perfect place for a peaceful getaway in the mountains. Can't wait for our next stay

The recliner couch was broken on one end. We called on it and they asked if we wanted someone to come out but we said no because short of bringing a new couch I didn’t think they could fix it. The shower curtain was moldy which I cleaned. The mattress is not comfortable. We did enjoy the hot tub and lake, which is more like a pond. Cabin could use some updates.

Had a good relaxing stay in the cabin. Fished a little and done some grilling and had a great time riding in the smoky mountains.

The location is peaceful. It looks as advertised. The roads are narrow but we had no problems getting to the location. The problem was the bed. It was terrible. I mean it would have been more comfortable sleeping on the hard wood floors. This was a honeymoon get away and we ended up having to sleep on the couch bc it was so bad. We ended up leaving several hrs early to go home and get some sleep. Other than that the cabin was beautiful.

There were no tissues and not enough pillows. There was also some kind of device or detector in the bedroom that had a very bright blinking light that could not be turned off, which made sleeping difficult. Otherwise, the cabin was lovely, beautiful views of the valley, close to Smoky Mountain National Park, and a nice place for two people to stay for a few days. Please note that access road is steep, unpaved, and narrow.

My husband and I stayed here for our one year anniversary! The cabin was nice & clean. Only downfall was bed was a little firm. We really enjoyed the hot tub & seen a baby black bear!

Staff is Friendly and helpful. Cabin was very clean. The decor of cabin is very outdated and the grill was rusted out so we were not able to cook our steaks on it.

Cabin Weekend

Had an easy time communicating with the cabin rental company and the cabin was very clean and nice. I would recommend an all wheel drive vehicle to get to the cabin. The road is gravel, steep in some places, and narrow.

Enjoyed our stay.

It was to make our booking. It was easy to find our cabin. The cabin was beautiful and in a very quiet area. We enjoyed the hot tub every night. We didn't use the jacuzzi tub but it was there for us to use. I will rent a cabin from this company again. I will recommend this company to family and friends that are going to visit Pigeon Forge.

Great place, we would do it again.

The only suggestion we could offer for improvement would be to have hangers in the closet to hang your coats on. Aside from that, the cabin was perfect.
