Summer Specials ….. 4 bedroom w/King beds….Zipline, Grandview Resort, Pool

On a Ridge-Top in the shadows of the Great Smoky Mountains you will find Grandview Resort close in proximity to Nichols Heir wedding venue. Our cabin offers plenty of space for extended family and friends, approximately 3000 sq. ft. One of the 4 large king sized bedrooms is situated on the main floor. This is great for parents, grandparents, or anyone who has trouble navigating the stairs.
Enjoy a peaceful sunrise with a cup of joe on one of the two wrap around balconies.
All bedrooms have their own master bathroom and feature their own TV and Roku device. There are two bedrooms and game room on the lower level, one bedroom on main level and a very large master suite bedroom upstairs with a full size sleeper sofa too.
The cabin also features a hot tub, steam room shower, pool table, foosball table, multi-cade as well as many board games for family nights.
Don't forget to bring your laptop....we also offer high speed, wireless internet access and cable TV with ROKU & High Def TV's.
Finally, you will find yourself relaxing and forgetting about your busy schedule for a while in our home away from home.
During the summer months you can use the resort pool which is next to our cabin and includes a 'zero entry' kiddie pool with waterfalls. Also within our community is a one of the best zipline operations in the Smoky Mountains and you will ride for half price if you stay in our cabin.
Last but not least, we are only a short 4 mile drive from the Tanger Outlet Mall and 10 minutes to the Soaky Mountain water park, 2 miles to Nichols Heir Wedding Venue. Great location and convenient to all all things Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

This cabin was beautiful as well as the furnishings - the 4 king bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths was perfect for our family of 8 - great game room and lots of seating in the living area -Some cabins don’t have enough sitting space for the amount of sleeping that they offer Jason was very accommodating before and during the visit

The downstairs bedroom had a big pee stain in it. Which I didn’t notice until last night when I was making the bed to get in it. I had been sleeping on the other side of the bed and didn’t notice it. I had been sleeping in someone else’s piss the whole time and didn’t know it. May want to tell your cleaners to change the bed sheets after every visit. That’s just nasty! Other than that, the house was great.

Amazing family vacation

Absolutely loved staying at this cabin. Waking up having coffee on the porch. Nights in the hot tub. Enough space for everyone to have their own room. Centrally located, lots of hiking, great food and horseback riding. Don’t forget the Ziplines right on site amazing is all I can say.

Christmas 2024

Great cabin to stay close to pigeon Forge. Everything was great but we missed having a fireplace . The Christmas tree was beautiful. The stairs were a little tricky for my 85 year old mom but we loved everything.

Great vacay rental

This property was the best I have ever stayed. Great location, cleanliness, owner always got back to me right away. Loved that all the bedrooms had king beds and every room had a bathroom. The balconies were great. My only complaint was at night sitting outside it smelled like sewer. Not the whole time but it was a lot so it deterred us from sitting out there.

Large house with plenty of bathrooms

We enjoyed the house. It was well built where you didn't hear the kids much between floors. It was located right by the pool which was nice for when the kids wanted to go. Rather loud otherwise since it was quite popular. Happy that everything worked and even had own thermostat upstairs so no one was hot!

Family Vacation

We loved the cabin. It was very spacious. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Several played the arcade game and played pool. We grilled out a few times on the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked. It was a nice cabin that allowed us to spend quality family time together in between trips to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I recommend this cabin.

Great family home

We had a wonderful stay here. The fact that every room had a king size bed and a full bath made all the difference. We had a family of four couples and three children ranging from 6 months to age 8 and this was a perfect house for us. The pool was conveniently close. The house was clean and large enough for our group. Overall, we would recommend staying here and would be happy to come back again.

Spring Break Fam Trip

Multi generations attended the family trip this year. Cabin is ideal for families. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Loved the shower sauna amazing. Game room was good for nightly pool and videos games. The family had everything we needed. Zip line is walkable which was awesome. Loved it we would stay again and highly recommended.
