Game Changer has it all: Indoor Heated Pool, Virtual Gaming Center, Putt Putt golf course, outdoor living area, home theater room with 9 foot theater screen and tiered theater seating - and all in an incredibly convenient location with no steep roads to access the cabin. If this cabin is available we suggest you book it as it won't stay open for long. 2 King suites and one kids bunk room with triple queen bunk (sleeps 6 kids) - all bedrooms have private full bath. Full kitchen and dining area for in cabin meals. Thanks for looking and we look forward to hosting you during your stay.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Very bad experience check in was 3 pm they was still there cleaning the cabin at 5 pm nothing that was supposed to work like the projector did not work the place had nothing no blankets no extra pillows nothing and it was dirty worse experience I’ve ever had . I let them know but the only thing I got from them was sorry.

Awesome Family House

The gamechanger house was the perfect fit for our family, allowing for ample space and many amenities. The bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids.

Check in time is only a suggestion

Cabin had everything we expected. Pictures online do make it look bigger than it is but everything promised was there. Check in was a terrible start to our trip. We told them 3:00 pm. They sent text and said cabin wouldn’t be clean until 5:30. It was 7:30. We had 3 small Children, traveled from Ohio and illinois and couldn’t get into our cabin until 4.5 hours after original check in time. Was told on phone that 3:00 pm is just a suggestion on when it can be ready. Overall a good place to stay.

Major disappointment

I selected this property because it had a pool and a golf simulator. The pool, was very small but worked to keep two kids under 7 amused for the 4 days we were there. Unfortunately, the golf simulator had no instructions and when I reached out to the property manager they were unhelpful. They directed me to contact the owner of the property- but never provided the contact info. They said they would dispatch someone to come take a look, but never did. When I followed up they said that there was nothing they could do and for me to contact the property owner. I reached out, but never heard back. Really disappointing considering the cost of this house. Overall the interior of the house was clean. However, it’s been poorly maintained. There are many things that are broken. All the technology in the house needs to be refreshed. Each room had 4-7 remotes, most without batteries. The bunk room large TV would not power on. The TV’s on the bunks had to share a remote- which meant changing volume and channels was precocious. The tv in the main room had challenges. I ultimately was able to get the cable to work on this one, but nothing else. The TV on the deck would randomly come on- assuming when the TV inside was powered on. The fireplace timer on the deck did not work- so you had to manually turn it off. The outdoor sofa was poorly maintained. Cushions were stained and the sections of the couch were not connected. The kitchen was poorly appointed for cooking supplies. Zero baking sheets were available, there were not enough pots to cook a simple meal for a family of 4. The dishwasher bottom rack had a wheel missing, making it impossible to move when any dishes were in the bottom. I would not stay here again. I will likely never use VRBO again as they were unable or unwilling to help me resolve the issues. I will most definitely not rent from Elk Springs Resorts - who were unhelpful, misleading, and left me with false timelines for resolution.

Weekend getaway

Beautiful cabin nice location great neighborhood lots of amenities. Make sure you bring extra trash bags if you’re going to stay any longer than three days. Cabin sleeps 10 we bought eight people with us cooked meals for everyone the two trash bags apparently that we were allotted were used and was told that we have to provide our own after that. You would think for $1200 a night they could easily buy a box trash bags from the Dollar General and have them at the cabin for you to use. Other than that it was a great time.
