This stunning cabin, constructed in 2023, offers a luxurious retreat surrounded by nature, making it the perfect getaway for those seeking serenity and relaxation. With high-end materials, furnishings, and decor, this cabin promises an unforgettable escape.

[INDOOR PRIVATE HEATED POOL]
➣SAFETY is paramount, so access is controlled by a coded keypad, and a ring buoy is provided for emergencies.
➣A small selection of POOL TOYS and comfortable pool FURNITURE are also provided for your enjoyment.
➣Pool Dimension : 10 x 16 x 4 ft deep (4800 gallons)

[POOL CLEANING SCHEDULE]
➣The pool is cleaned twice a week: on Tuesday and Friday
➣The service window is fairly broad during the day: anytime between 8am and 5pm
➣The cleaning company has their own door code to enter the property when guests are not inside
➣After cleaning, we recommend waiting about 30 minutes before using the pool. After that it should be ok
➣They will always knock and announce themselves when they show up

➣Take in the breathtaking mountain vistas from the comfort of your hot tub, which accommodates up to 7 people.
➣Located on the lower-level back deck
➣To ensure your safety and comfort, the hot tub is thoroughly cleaned, drained, and refilled with fresh water after each guest's stay. We use bromine tablets to maintain water quality. Due to this, it may not be fully heated upon your arrival.

[ROAD CONDITION]
➣The main road is curvy yet fully paved
➣The short driveway from the main road is sloped downhill and is paved
➣During normal weather you can navigate with a small vehicle.
➣We recommend 4WD, AWD or chains during severe weather such as snow
➣It's very challenging to leave the property when there's heavy snow or ice since you'll be driving uphill
➣As always we encourage you to purchase trip insurance through a third party

[WATER SUPPLY]
➣Water supply comes from a well.
➣Due to high mineral content, the water is impacted by Iron & Sulfur

➣During the cold months we encourage 4WD in case we get snowfall.
➣Power outages can happen when there's a snow storm.

➣We strive for perfection but it's not always attainable. No cabin or host is perfect.
➣If you see something then say something.
➤If there is an amenity not working as intended, then we need to know about it.
➤If you let us know then we will attempt to fix it, even during your stay, as long as we get your permission
➤If you deem the issue not urgent then we can always wait until after checkout to get it addressed. We would like to know about it during your stay so we can make arrangements in advance to get it fixed prior to the next guests' arrival
➣We expect each guest to treat the property with the utmost respect. This allows us to continue providing awesome accommodations to future vacationers at a reasonable price
➣If you're looking to have a drunken party then this is not the cabin for you
➣PARENTS: We expect you to control your children. If not then please book another cabin
➣You must be 18 years old to book this cabin. NO EXCEPTIONS
➣You MUST provide your ID for verification
➣SCAMMERS won't be tolerated and will be reported to the authorities for full prosecution

➣We do not refund due to weather, driving conditions, power outages or other acts of nature that we don't & can't control.
➣You might lose cell service. Please print directions & instructions ahead of time.
➣You are in the woods and will see bugs, bees, scorpions, millipedes, lady bugs and all sorts of critters. We have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all bugs.
➣March through August is Carpenter Bee season. You may see dozens of them boring into the side of the cabin. Don't panic, you're staying in a log cabin in the woods after all!

[NOTE]
➣Our water filtration system runs a daily regeneration cycle at 5:45 AM. During this time, you may notice low water pressure for about 45 minutes. The system is located downstairs in the utility room and can be quite loud—it may sound like a burst pipe. We run this cycle early in the morning to avoid disrupting water use during the day.

[EASY PAYMENT PLAN]
➣1st payment: 50% required up front
➣Final payment: 35 days before arrival, collected automatically

[SECURITY DEPOSIT]
➣A security damage deposit of $500.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 2 days before check-in
➣This is a hold on the credit card and will be released 2 days after checkout
➣If the credit card charge fails then the guest has 1 day to provide another form of payment before the reservation is cancelled

[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
➣A Rental Agreement will be sent for signature after booking.
➣Failure to sign the Rental Agreement will result in cancellation of the booking

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
➣Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
