The Neighborhood: Hunter Hills Haven is easily accessible, with paved roads leading to a short, well-maintained shared gravel driveway. The property offers level parking for 3–5 vehicles, depending on size. Convenient shopping options such as Kroger, Food City, and Dollar General are just a short drive away. Ideally located, the cabin is only 8 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and 10 miles from Pigeon Forge —putting you close to the heart of the Smokies and all the fun, dining, and entertainment these charming mountain towns have to offer.
Getting Around: The most convenient way to explore the area is by personal vehicle (car, truck, or SUV). However, there are several other transportation options:

These TVs allow you to use your own streaming service login to enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Disney+, HBO, and many more, or enjoy live channels provided at no additional cost.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, security cameras capable of recording audio and video are installed at all entrances and parking areas. These cameras are used for security, occupancy compliance, and enforcement of our no-pets policy. They do not have visibility into private exterior or interior spaces, and there are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the cabin.
Additionally, the cabin is equipped with environmental sensors that monitor for smoking, vaping, and excessive noise to help maintain a pleasant stay for all guests and ensure consideration for our neighbors. Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering any camera or environmental sensor will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and deposit forfeiture.
Refunds: Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking site or platform, will apply to all reservations. Refunds are not issued for weather-related events or natural disasters, and all credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refund.
