Trip to the Smokies

Great location for local restaurants and close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The Notch is a very cool place to stay and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Great property and location

A quick weekend for attending a mountain wedding. Great location away from the main traffic road but close enough for everything you would want to do. Well appointed with everything you would need for longer stays and nicely designed interior.

UT game weekend

Perfect place to to say off the square in sevierville. Close to several restaurants downtown sevierville. Easy access and unit was as described. Would stay again.

Communication was on point, the place is adorable! Met all our needs besides maybe a few extra towels. Next time we’re in town we will definitely try the Notch first! Easy check in, easy to find and CLEAN! Great coffee shop in walking distance, breakfast place and highly recommend pinchies! Centrally located but out of the hustle of town 5 stars and lots of love for the Notch!

Vacation honored

Satisfied with the over-all experience at THE NOTCH. Me,my wife, and my 14 year old granddaughter had a relaxing, pool shooting time and would definitely be happy to do it all over again. Thank you for the great hospitality and privacy.

Really enjoyed the space and location!

Communication with James was quick and helpful. Location had several DELICIOUS restarants in walking distance. Kitchen stocked ... had all we needed. Loved two full bathrooms one with a wonderful bathtub! We will be back.

It was okay. Cool place to go for a day or two. Not being critical, but the floors are greatly uneven and everything just seem fragile

It was a perfect weekend! Everything was beautiful and clean! In fact, we’d love to buy this loft if the seller ever wants to sell. And/or can I have information of who you used to decorate? Thanks for the relaxing weekend!!!!

Festive location

Downtown Sevierville has a lot of charm and it is surprisingly quiet, which made our stay and perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of the otherwise very tourist heavy weekend. The restaurants were terrific, especially Seasons 101, and we were able to walk to most of our meals. Staying here, we were still plenty close to all the action, but quietly tucked away right on the fringe of it. The description of the property is spot on. Very comfortable, very clean. A little noisy at times outside, but only because it's so quiet otherwise.

Reconnecting with old friends.

The pictures of this property is extremely accurate. Ive used VRBO before , and usually the property looks nothing like the pictures. We walked in and was extremely pleased with how everything looked. The loft was in a very quit area of Sevierville. It was still in walking distance to a few restaurants, and maybe 10 min drive to Pigeon forge. I will book this property again in the near future.
