Wonderful accommodations for large family

This wonderfully decorated spacious vacation home fully met our family requirements. Ample sleeping arrangements for our 11 family members, located a short distance from Dollywood, restaurants, shopping and other tourist destinations. The gracious hosts were responsive to messages and questions. If we are in the area, will book again!

Girls Trip

This house was clean and modernized and perfectly situated away from the busy town. There were a few situations that were a little unsettling during our stay but the homeowner was quick to respond. I will say that with locks on all.of the doors to the bedrooms, it made it difficult with a 2 year old that wanted to play with the key pads and thankfully he didn't lock himself in the room!

Group of ladies from Cowpens First Baptist Church in Cowpens, SC

Lots of room. Quiet neighborhood, not far off main road, short distance to Seiverville and Pigeon Forge, appliances in house were very up to date, large dining room with table, a little trouble with using a provided code to enter one of the bedrooms but was able to reach host IMMEDIATELY and he was awesome to work with. Got a little cool over the weekend and he apologized that no wood was provided and sent several space hearts that did the trick.

Spacious & clean

Pulling into the driveway the kids faces lit up! They were so excited seeing such a big beautiful home for our stay. Walking in the house is very clean & organized where you don't have any complications finding anything. All of the children were able to enjoy their spaces without feeling overcrowded. The adults were able to have our space too. We will definitely look into this host if the chance to come back arises in the future.

Not all details are listed about bedrooms.... SAFETY CONCERN

This was a very nice house in a nice quite neighborhood. It was close enough to everything we wanted. However there were a few things that we found that I found myself questioning.... When you review the listing you see bunk beds. Our kids were so excited about this and couldn't wait! When we got to the house we quickly realized there were rooms in the house we could not access due to key pad locks on the outside of the doors. The rooms we were allowed to use had been chosen for us and the kids did not get to have access to the bunk beds. This meant one of our kids had to sleep in the main bedroom upstairs (there was an extra bed in the room, but mom and dad could not have our privacy). We didn't realize until one of us was in the downstairs bedroom that if you shut the door and you are inside, you can not get out. There was only key a keypad on the outside of the doors. To me this is HUGE safety concern. Had a small child been in the room alone or in the middle of the night and the door got shut, they would have been trapped. So there are 4 bedrooms in the home with lots of beds, but the rooms were pre selected for us without any input from us the guests and then 2 of the 3 rooms we did have access to had these key pad locks only on the outside of the doors. What if there was a fire or an emergency that everyone needed to quickly evacuate? We had to repeatedly remind the children not to go in a room and close the door because they wouldn't be able to get out of no one was close by to know they were trapped and we had to find belongings to keep in the door ways to prevent this from happening. The tv remotes in bedroom #1 would not work, not sure if they needed new batteries or if they were broken. We had to share a remote with bedroom #2 to use the tv. The wifi quit working on the 2nd day, there was a lot of rain that day, not sure if that was the reason or not. There really wasn't enough bath towels for everyone staying without having to do laundry, which for a 2 night getaway, who wants to do laundry if you don't have to??? A few good things. The beds were comfortable. Linens all seemed to be clean and good quality. The home has been remodeled inside and is nice. The home did seem very clean and there was coffee! All appliances were newer and nice. There was shampoo, conditioner, enough toilet paper for the stay. There is also a small blow dryer in the downstairs bathroom.

Summer getaway

We booked a short trip before the school year started. We had a few small issues upon arrival, nothing major, it’s a house, but the owner was on top of things! Excellent communication. House was clean and quiet, in a nice little neighborhood, 5 minutes away from Dollywood and grocery stores. We will definitely rent again!

The property was easy to find. Access to activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatligburg was great.

This mini vacation was due for us. We had an enjoyable time with another couple celebrating my husband’s birthday. The house and space provided was just what we needed. The bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay at your house. We will definitely look up this property for future trips. From Louisville, KY.

Clean and spacious!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this home. Our party had 5 adults, one teenager, and a 2 year old. The home was large enough for everyone to spread out— but still comfy enough for us to come together for meals, movies, board games, etc. The large porch with the rocking chairs were also a nice bonus. Also—this home was clean, updated, and well stocked with essentials. Location-wise, it was perfect. It was tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood, but a very short drive to the grocery store—including Walmart, restaurants, and pretty much all of the main attractions. The host was also very friendly and communicative from the time we booked until the of our stay. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer.
