Fun N Sun is located in the Northern side of Sevierville, away from the hustle and bustle yet still a close drive to all of the attractions of Pigeon Forge. There are no steep roads or sharp turns and it's easy to navigate to this property. This property is easy to drive to with 2 wheel drive any time of the year.

Military, Veteran, Police & Firefighter Discount
We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in. Please note that this offer excludes the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's Eve/Day
