Splashin' and Relaxin' has everything you need to keep the entire group entertained or relaxed! After so much to do in the area, the fun can continue day and night with your own private pool, wood-burning firepit, pool table, and hot tub. Located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with no steep or tight curved roads in a newly developing area. This is a resort location with other cabins nearby. A spacious 3-bedroom cabin with a Pool table and a multi-cade with 60 of your favorite old-school classics like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Galaga, perfect for all ages. Relax in your own private indoor pool or roast some marshmallows around the fire with your loved ones in the evening.

Top Level
The 3rd level has 2 king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The game room will keep you entertained with a pool table and a 60+ game arcade system featuring your favorite 80s and 90s titles.

Main Level
The main-level king bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. Cozy up by the fireplace or sit back and relax after a long day of hiking.

You will find the fully equipped kitchen and dining area on this level. Prepare all your meals with ease!

Lower Level
On the lowest level of the cabin, you will find the indoor heated pool through a secured door. Lounge by the pool for some relaxation. Have you ever had a movie night poolside? Relax in the hot tub just outside the pool if you need something more therapeutic after a long day on the trails or shopping.

Pool: approx. 8x12 and 5 feet deep at deepest.

Very clean. Only complaint was the sheets were too small for the bed (similar to another reviewers comments). It wasn’t a great feeling knowing they were going to slip off during the night and you’d be sleeping on a mattress of a rental. Overall, easily accessible area and house was very nice. Still have 5 stars but would bring my own sheets!

The location is very convenient for the parks and Gatlinburg. Our check in was easy after arriving in the middle of the night. In the light of day, my daughter noticed the bathroom shower on the second floor was not clean, there was hair in the shower and on the shower curtain. The cleaning crew came the day we called and cleaned the shower. The cabin does not have any spices or condiments, only had salt and pepper. Would have been convenient to have the basic spices and condiments. The closets only had two hangers, I was unable to hang my clothes. The water contains heavy calcium. We had a bathing suit bottom ruined from the build up in the hot tub. The calcium was chipping off the surface of the hot tub and would be all over the floor when we removed our bathing suits. My Granddaughter enjoyed the small indoor pool in the evenings. Unfortunately the hot tub was not enjoyable with the calcium build up.

We loved the cabin for our little weekend get away with friends! It was perfect. We felt it was the perfect distance away from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had a bonfire every night, used the hot tub, shot pool one night, all were enjoyable to use. The ONLY complaint we had, which in the end isn’t worth knocking any points, was the fitted sheets on all of the beds were too small, even when we arrived at the cabin the master bedroom’s fitted sheet was off the corners of the bed without even laying down, and every morning when we woke up the fitted sheet had totally come off the bed, which the issue we found was none of the corners really tucked under the mattress. All-in-all we would stay again!

Great stay, but come prepared

Everything was great and as was listed. We came for a cheer competition so there were two families/4 kids. We were able to cook, have family time, get in the pool/hot tub. I do suggest adding to the listing that guests should bring certain things that they might usually find in the home (i.e. spices and cooking oil, logs for the fire pit). Cooking items are hit or miss as some owners don't feel comfortable keeping a "take some/leave some" kind of pantry, but the fire logs were a must to utilize the fire pit, but we couldn't find any locally. It would be really nice if a couple were provided, or again, make sure folks know to bring it ahead of time.

BOOK IT!

Beautiful home away from home! Perfect location smack between DT Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin is nestled in the middle of a small community which was very quiet and peaceful. My husband wanted to see a bear while we were there, but he had to settle for a raccoon and some lighting bugs. Although the stairs were not a huge issue for our party, if you have folks that can't navigate stairs this might not be ideal. There is a bedroom/bathroom on the main floor, 2 bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs, and the pool/hot tub/fire pit are down a flight of stairs.

Great location and memories with the fam!

This cabin is in a great location and is accurately depicted in the listing. My family and I had a great time. My son especially enjoyed the arcade machine and the pool. I’d recommend!

Definitely not very clean

Check in process was very simple. Cabin was nice, but not clean. After taking off our shoes upon arrival, our feet and socks were black with dirt. It was pretty gross. There was a hair tie in the shower, mysterious liquid down the wall in the stairwell, and pee on the toilet in the master. We were locked out of our cabin at 1 am until somebody inside woke up because the key pad quit working. I texted the number to no avail. Finally I called hours later and he talked about the situation like he knew what I was talking about but he hadn’t even bothered to text me back? We wasted our entire day waiting on a text back, when come to find out he could send maintenance without us being there. The pool is way smaller than it looks in the picture and pool room smells sickening, especially if you accidentally open the wrong door looking for the bathroom. (The pool maintenance room smells sickening.) Overall do not recommend this cabin.

Good location

LIKE: The location is great not far from the excitement. DISLIKE: When booking for this cabin I didn't see it mentioned having wood roaches which I seen some small babies roaches and I didn't like that! If I would aeen that I wouldn't stay there because I don't live with roaches and the cost of the place no one else should live with them either.

Great Cabin

Great cabin and we enjoyed our stay! There were communication issues from management through email and VRBO. We were not able to access any free activities offered during our stay due to check in portal not working properly with any of our details for our stay. It would be better if check-in details, door codes, details were also emailed and not just on an App you have to download to your phone. Bright side, Maintenance was very helpful.

Great stay but…….

Overall, loved the property and enjoyed the stay. The kids loved the pool. It was nice and spacious for 3 adults and 4 kids. Very clean upon arrival! Perfect location near all of the touristy spots. The only thing that I had a difficult time with pertained to payment. In the beginning, Bear Tracts accidentally took 3 final payments from my account. They said it was a glitch and returned the 2 extra accidental charges. After our stay, they never returned our deposit. They told me it should take at most 20 days before the money is returned. I patiently waited and contacted them back and still never received. There were no holds on my account and should not have been any reason why I never received my money. Thank God I was able to put in a dispute with my credit card and my money was eventually returned. So again, other than the business/money part, I really enjoyed the accommodations that this company provided. Hopefully, this is corrected for future guest!!

Family vacation in the Smokies

This was a great place to spend time as a family. Luxury amenities at an affordable price and everything you could ask for in a VRBO. Great location, clean, pictures in the listing are 100% accurate. Property managers responded to all concerns or questions within minutes. Would highly recommend!
