Summary:

This family-friendly cabin is close to Dollywood and a haven in the Smoky Mountains. This cozy retreat features a fireplace, a game room with pool and arcade, a theater, and kid-friendly touches. There are 3 bedrooms (King Bed) and spacious decks perfect for relaxation, BBQ or Hot Tub enjoyment. Ideal for families looking for a memorable escape with a mix of adventure and comfort. We allow 2 dogs (under 40lbs& additional fee)



Note: We can easily accommodate two vehicles. Guests bringing more than two vehicles should anticipate challenging or limited parking arrangements.

We do supply a starter kit including bar soap, liquid dish soap, dish tabs for dishwasher, toilet paper, laundry pod and paper towels. This will prevent you to have to go to the store the first night but plan to buy more so you are covered during the full length of your stay.



★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.



★ PETS ALLOWED ★

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. (Contact us about the additional fees)



★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Being in nature means you may encounter some wildlife. Inside the cabin, you might see some harmless insects despite our regular pest control process. They sometimes make their way in between cleans but rest assured that the place is treated regularly. Also, if you are lucky enough to spot any bears, raccoons, turkeys, or mice outside, please keep them there! They are all attracted to the smell of cooking food and garbage. We highly recommend you don't invite them to dinner and DO NOT FEED THEM.

Fireplace is off from April 1st to September 30th.

The cabin offers WIFI in all areas. TV has access to various streaming platforms including Netflix. Guests can log into their accounts.

The cabin photos are old photos and not accurate to the actual condition of the cabin. The cabin leaves a lot to be desired. 3 bathrooms but can only use 1 shower at a time. The cabin is very unkept and dirty. There was dog hair on the bedsheets and we laid on top the conformer to avoid the sheets. There are cobwebs on all the windows and on all the lights and ceiling fand. The jets on the tubs are disgusting. The bathrooms have horrible water pressure and the water smells of rotten eggs. The bed in the main floor bedroom squeaks so loud that you move on it. The parking is only big enough for 2 very small cars. The last day, We attempted to wash some clothes and the washer broke so I spent my last day at the laundry mat to at least wash and dry the load that stopped mid cycle. We tried to make the best of a bad situation but I’m happy to be home from the cabin.

Our trip was amazing. When we got to the cabin we were in aww. The cabin was absolutely beautiful, and very clean. We had a pool/arcade game room and theatre room, and my boys loved it. Everyone in our group had their own room, it was perfect. Jean was very helpful, and stayed in contact with us the whole trip. Thank you for this amazing memory that we will always cherrish and remember.

Fun in Sevierville

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Sevierville and loved our cabin. The game and theater rooms were fantastic! The location was ideal! The three large master suites were an added bonus with each having a king size bed. The only drawback was the size of the kitchen but we tend to overpack and used most of the counter space. Our dogs liked the porches! A great time was had by all!

Great location. Just far enough to be private but close enough for an easy drive. Clean house. Owner is very responsive to messages . Easy check in process. Enjoyed having the hot tub and the arcade game. Hill is a little steep but doable . Driveway was small but we knew that from the pictures in listing. Enjoyed our stay there.

Great Family Getaway

Everything was as listed 4.5 miles away from the parkway at Pigeon Forge. You can choose to be lazy and stay at the cabin or take a short drive and be amongst the excitement of Pigeon Forge . Host response time before,during and after my departure was quick.Did I mention 2 teenagers and a 7 year old had a great time at the cabin.I personally would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful cabin in wonderful location!

We had a wonderful time and loved this cabin! We had a total of 9 people and the cabin offered plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable, and the view was pretty. The game and theater rooms were a big hit with the kids. The location was great as it’s just a short distance to downtown Pigeon Forge and other area attractions. Overall, it was a great trip!

Beautiful!

Cabin was in excellent condition. We reached out to the property manager and she was very prompt with responses and very helpful! The road to the cabin is kind of steep and windy but manageable. Will definitely be booking again.

Great place!

Beautiful rental. It felt secluded, but was just a short drive to all of the attractions. It was a nice paved road leading there, and just had one small steep spot getting up to the cabin. There were 5 adults and we had plenty of room for everyone. The steps to the upper and lower levels were a little more steep than we imagined in the pics, and probably not the best choice for little ones or older folks (especially with bad hips or knees). We enjoyed the theater room and had even waited til we got there to watch The Forge together! It might need a fresh cleaning on the carpet going downstairs and/or the theater chairs. It had a slight stagnant smell. The game room was a bonus and we had fun playing pool and using the arcade machine. It had a nice hot tub but we didn’t get a chance to use it. NOTE-I contacted the owner with a safety issue about the back porch railing (off the dining room area) and he said he is in the process of getting it fixed. I hope my review helps someone find their perfect vacation spot. We chose this rental based on the pictures and seeing what others wrote about it. Thank you to the owners for the quick responses and for the awesome memories.
