Built in 2022, Mountain Serenity has everything you would want for your family vacation. Relax in the large hot tub, and feel like you are at the movies in the theater room. Play pool, air hockey, foosball, arcade games, or cards at the blackjack table in the game room. Finish off your evening with s'mores around the fire pit.

The cabin is accessed by mild 0.3 mile gravel mountain road. There are some deep ruts in the road. All cars can make it, but it would not be safe for motorcycles.

The home is accessed by an electronic key code, which we will send you before your stay.

~~~Other Things to Note~~~

The WiFi is fast, but not high-speed. It is through a satellite provider, because cable is not available in the area. You can surf and stream on a few devices at once. However, live gaming and live video calls can be disrupted by brief (a few seconds) drops in service.

The TVs are Samsung Smart TVs. Bring your own Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, YouTubeTV, etc. passwords.

The cabin is in the woods, and you will likely see and hear critters. Bears are rare, but stay away from them.

We maintain the property with monthly pest control. However, if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, this can attract critters.

All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents. 14 person maximum.

No pets allowed.

No parties. The cabin has a noise monitor and one camera on the front deck as part of our security system.

No smoking.

If you violate any of these rules, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund, and you will incur an additional cleaning fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for storms, natural disasters, or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and no heat. This is rare, but if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc.

The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Use the hot tub at your own risk.

Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, coffee, charcoal, and firewood are not provided.
