This exclusive full-property buyout includes 35 private tiny homes accommodating 120+ guests, making it an ideal destination for family reunions, weddings, corporate retreats, church groups, sports teams, and other large gatherings.

Located just minutes from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the community combines the privacy of individual tiny homes with thoughtfully designed shared amenities. Guests can gather around multiple firepits, play pickleball and outdoor games, prepare meals in the Cookout Zone, dine on the scenic Observation Deck, relax in the Welcome Center, or simply enjoy spending time together throughout the village.
