Welcome to our stunning new Modern Alpine Retreat, a modern 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom cabin designed for up to 10 guests. Located just minutes from top attractions, including Soaky Mountain Waterpark and the Sevierville Convention Center and a short drive from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge, this cabin offers a prime location with no steep roads.

Spanning 2,393 square feet, the cabin features a chic, contemporary design with walls of glass that flood the space with natural light and offer spectacular mountain views. Inside, you'll find an open floor plan, a stylish kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, and a dining area with serene vistas.

The cabin includes an open loft, a private indoor heated pool, and a hot tub on the lower level—perfect for unwinding after adventures. Each of the four bedrooms is a luxurious retreat with high-end linens, and the five bathrooms offer spa-like amenities.

Step outside to enjoy oversized decks and the natural beauty surrounding the cabin. Whether you seek outdoor adventures or relaxing moments, this retreat caters to all. Ideal for family getaways, group retreats, or intimate gatherings, this cabin combines modern luxury with stunning natural beauty. Book your unforgettable escape today!

Included is a starter pack that contains the following: soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, towels for showering/bathing and the pool, trash bags, dish soap, dish sponge, and soap for the dishwasher. Laundry detergent and some coffee will also be provided. For longer stays you may need to buy more.

Guest access
Smart lock on the front door. Code sent morning of arrival. No office check in required. Free parking on premises for 3 mid-sized cars.

*For security purposes, this property has one external camera located on the front porch.


PLEASE NOTE: As this is a brand new build there are still some homes under construction up the hill. Hopefully this will not be a disturbance to you as they will work within City-regulated hours only. The hill is steep but manageable with any vehicle.

No complaints! A very modern stay with wonderful views. Our kids loved the pool. It is small but it worked perfect for us. The hot tub was a huge bonus for us. We would recommend staying here!

Absolutely Amazing

We feel very lucky to have found this property. The moment we walked in we felt welcomed. The property was clean and the environment overall was calm and cozy. The views from the balconys were absolutely beautiful, and the fam loved the pool and hot tub. Would 100% stay again!

Amazing stay, beautiful property

Pictures don’t do this spot justice! It was absolutely gorgeous, every room was as described. Kids loved the pool and adults loved the hot tub. Location is near a lot of water parks and not far from the outlet mall. Beds were comfortable, owner responded so promptly and was beyond accommodating. I would stay here a million times over!

Incredible views and clean property!

The views were amazing, the property was very clean. Nicely decorated and the kitchen has everything you would need. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. No steep hills park on. The owner communicated quickly and was very easy to work with. The floor plan is conducive to a family with children. The property is near lots of fun places but still private feeling. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect location and beautiful cabin with all the luxuries

The cabin was beautiful with hot tub and private pool. We had coffee on the balcony looking at the mountains. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms roomy. Living area complete with games for the kids to play. Could not have asked for anything better!
