Located just minutes from top attractions, including Soaky Mountain Waterpark and the Sevierville Convention Center—and a short drive from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge—this cabin offers a prime location with no steep roads.

Spanning 2,393 square feet, the cabin features a chic, contemporary design with walls of glass that flood the space with natural light and offer spectacular mountain views. Inside, you'll find an open floor plan, a stylish kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, and a dining area with serene vistas.

Starter Pack Included: To make your arrival seamless, we provide a complimentary starter pack containing: soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, towels (for shower and pool), trash bags, dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher pods. Laundry detergent and a starter supply of coffee are also provided. For longer stays, you may need to supplement these items.
Guest access
We have a smart lock on the front door & your specific code will be sent the morning of arrival. Free parking on premises for 2-3 cars. You will have access to the whole cabin, your whole stay.
Other things to note
This is YOUR HOME away from home. Please treat our beautiful new cabin, as you would treat your own. We poured our hearts into this amazing home & we look forward to hosting you!

HOUSE RULES:
Below are some basic rules we have for our home:

1. Smoking/vaping is up to a $2000 penalty fee and having the reservation ended with no refund.

2. Bringing a pet is a $1500 penalty fee and having the reservation ended immediately with no refund.

3. Having a party / large gathering is $1000 penalty fee and having the reservation ended immediately with no refund.


POOL RULES:
We’re excited for you to enjoy our fabulous pool! The pool is 5FT deep at its deepest end. Using the pool and swimming is at your own risk. The pool room is protected by a safety code that will be shared with you during checkin. To keep things safe and fun, please remember to follow all the pool rules posted in the pool room. Please adult swimmer supervision is requested for kids and children under age 18. While we want you to have a blast, modern alpine retreat can’t take responsibility for any poolside mishaps. Enjoy the pool responsibly and have an amazing time!



PLEASE NOTE:

1. As this is a brand new build there are still some homes under construction up the hill. Hopefully this will not be a disturbance to you as they will work within City-regulated hours only. The hill is steep but manageable with any vehicle.

2.For security purposes, this property has one external camera located on the front porch.

3. Pickleball paddles and pickleballs are provided for your enjoyment. Please bring them back to the cabin and leave them on the game basket after use for future guests like you!
