Welcome to Cliffside Scenic Splendor! This amazing 3984 sqft 4 bedroom cabin is located only minutes from action packed Pigeon Forge and Dollywood!
With parking for 4 vehicles and boasting furnishings and amenities such as an indoor pool, spectacular views, basketball court, hot tub, wifi, outdoor gas fireplace, great location and that feel of opulence, you will surely find that Cliffside Scenic Splendor is the perfect Smoky Mountain getaway you’ve been searching for!

Main level:
The entry level features an open-plan area with living room, kitchen, dining, 1 bedroom and access to the deck.
The living room offers plush leather furniture, an electric fireplace and a large HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with seating for 3 at the counter. The dining table has seating for up to 10 guests. There is also a half bath for your convenience.
The bedroom on this level offers a king bed, HDTV, electric fireplace, access to the deck and a private full bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Step out onto the spacious deck, relax in front of the fireplace and watch TV, or have a cook-out on the gas grill and enjoy the meal at the outdoor table with chairs.

Upper Level:
The upper level offers an open gaming loft, with washer/dryer, and 2 bedrooms.
The open loft features a pool table and a large HDTV. The first bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV, electric fireplace and a private full bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Lower Level:
Travel downstairs where you will find another game area, theater room, indoor pool, 1 bedroom and access to the deck.
The game area features a foosball game, HDTV, a sitting area with comfortable sofa, fully equipped wet-bar with fridge and access to the deck.
Just off the game area, you will find the theater room and indoor pool room.
The theater room features comfortable cinema seating and a large Smart HDTV. The indoor pool room features a large, heated pool and chairs.
The bedroom on this level features 1 set of full bunks, 1 set of twin bunks and a half bathroom.

The spacious deck offers outdoor seating and a soothing hot tub.

Guests are provided with a complimentary Luxury Pass, offering a free ticket daily to several of the area’s most popular attractions.

Everything was very nice. The smoke detectors going off two different days was a little nerve racking. But no water on Saturday night was very inconvenient. We were not able to bathe on Sunday morning, flush toilets or wash clothes, dishes and wipe things down before we left.

Great Accommodations, Great Location A+

I cannot say enough good things about Cliffside. it is so nice and the views are by far the best you will find anywhere. Very private, we loved it. I cannot wait to go back. If you are looking for rustic and modern all in one with the best mountain views and do not mind being a little isolated from neighbors and other cabins.. this is the place. Easy check in, very friendly staff, no issues at all. I give it an A+.
