William Holt is a great neighborhood for families, retirees, and anyone looking for a serene yet well-connected place to stay in Sevierville. Prime location, just a short drive to Great Smoky Mountains National Park for hiking, fishing, and wildlife spotting

Getting Around:

For the most part, it is a very easy drive. The house is out in a residential area with most of the drive just being some rolling through the valley but no switchbacks or sharp inclines or anything like that. We manage a few cabins deep in the woods with switchbacks and unposted roads and this is definitely NOT that kind of place.
