Staying at this cabin was truly such a blessing. The cabin itself is absolutely beautiful, so cozy, warm, and homey. It instantly felt like a safe, comfortable place to relax and unwind. Every detail made it feel welcoming, and it was clear how much care was put into the space.What made this experience unforgettable, though, was the host. Due to an unexpected snowstorm, we ended up getting stranded and had to stay two additional nights at no extra charge. Throughout the entire situation, she was nothing but kind, understanding, and incredibly supportive. She constantly checked in on us, made sure we were okay, and showed genuine care and compassion during a stressful time.Her sweetness and generosity meant more than words can say. Because of her, what could have been a terrible situation turned into a memory I’ll always appreciate. I absolutely fell in love with this place and with her hospitality. I have to come back one day in better conditions to fully experience the area it’s a must.Highly, highly recommend. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for a full week, and unfortunately this was the most problematic VRBO stay we’ve experienced. While the cabin has nice views and potential, there were several serious issues that affected our stay and how things were handled afterward.When we arrived, there were very few towels available—only one or two rooms had any. While looking for towels, we found a door that already had a broken lock when we arrived. Inside were additional towels, which we used during the week. As expected after a week-long stay, the used towels were left in the laundry room at checkout. No towels were taken from the property.The hot tub did not work for the first couple of days, and the lower-level electric fireplace was also not functioning properly. We notified the property manager immediately. Someone came out the next day and fixed the hot tub, but the fireplace continued to work intermittently.The most serious issue was rats on the lower level of the cabin. We experienced rats running through the room and across beds at night. We notified the property manager right away. An exterminator was mentioned, but the issue was never resolved, and the rats remained for the rest of the stay.After checkout, a damage claim was filed for items that were already broken or never used, which was extremely disappointing. We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties and have never had an experience like this. Future guests should carefully document the condition of the home upon arrival.

Breathtaking views from the covered porch, large roomy kitchen for preparing meals, lots of seating for large groups. Master bedroom is super cozy with a fireplace, jetted tub and comfortable bed. The kids and grands enjoyed playing pool downstairs and relaxing in the hot tub. I really appreciated that the check out list was short and simple. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Our famkly really wnjoyed the cabin and our overall stay. The cabin is spacious and beautiful. Nothing negative to say but that the cleaners could have done a little better. But overall wonderful cabin.

Beautiful Views

Beautiful views from the balcony and living area. Worked out perfwct for 3 familys. Plenty of room with 6 bedrooms. 2 of which had doubpe bunk beds. Queen beds on the bottom. Hot tub was great to sit in after hiking during the day. Location was great as you are in between Gaitlynburg and Pigeon Forge. There is also an entrance to the Smoky Mountains National park that is near by and less crowded. Some freat hikes along the river there and the old settlers cabins.
