#7 Tilly - Tiny Home Cottage

#7 Tilly
This home sleeps 2 adults and 1 child. It is a very cozy and beautiful tiny home cottage. Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy all the area has to offer. It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip.

The space
Come enjoy the Smoky’s in this gorgeous tiny home cottage. This cottage has a comfy queen bed and a fold out ottoman best suited for a kid. There is a foldable mattress to top it with for extra comfort. The home also has a natural gas fireplace and a jetted jacuzzi tub. Its also features a large deck off the back with a beautiful wooded view. It has a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Guest access
We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a charcoal grill outside of the home and a picnic table where you can gather outside and enjoy your meal. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray.
Interaction with guests
We are not onsite however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self check-in instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home.
Other things to note
We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage.

NO SMOKING of any kind in the homes. If smoking outside make sure all doors are closed so no smoke gets in. If smoke smell is found in the home guests will be charged a $500 fee. It is incredibly hard to get the smell out for the next guest so we hope guests will respect us enough to honor this policy.

A great out of the way place.

I've stayed at this location twice and both times it's been perfect. I like to be away from the noise and traffic of downtown, but close enough to get where I want to go in good time. If you don't mind a 10 minute drive you can get to about anywhere in Pigeon Forge from here.

Beautiful and private!

We enjoy the privacy that these cabins provide. They make it so easy to check in. Our preference is to never see the owners of the property and not only do we not see the owners, we don’t see the guests from the other cabins either! :)

Amazing! Perfect amount of room. Beautiful surroundings, fireplace, spa tub, cute, clean, peaceful, private and close to big areas like Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Great getaway, couldn't have been happier!

This property is everything it says to be! It’s a great place to stay! It’s a gorgeous property for you and your partner to go to and I highly recommend visiting here as often as possible! Great Place!

This cottage was such a great place to stay! We were looking for a nice getaway weekend and this was the perfect spot. Just as it said a short drive to everything in the area but in a great spot away from the crowd. It was just as the pictures show, super cute and clean! We will be back again!

Wooded treasure

This place is amazing. It's secluded and very quiet. There are other cabins there but justfar away enough where you have privacy. It's not in the middle of everything which is good. It's only a short car ride away from shopping, attractions, etc... Such an amazing and relaxing place. When going back to the area definitely staying here.

Fantastic!!

I loved staying in this tiny house. The decor was so homey. I cooked steak out on the grill and enjoyed my dinner at the picnic table. This tiny house community gives you the rural family feeling of an upscale campsite while the house is like walking into something from Southern Living! It is the best of both worlds. The owners are so kind and very responsive. I will be coming back here for sure!!
