LOCATION

Tucked into unincorporated Sevierville — close enough to Pigeon Forge restaurants, hiking

trails, and Dollywood for a day trip, far enough back that you can actually hear the

mountains. Easy drive to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, and the Sevierville Convention Center. Fall foliage peaks in October — the National Park, Cades Cove, and Newfound Gap Road offer some of the best color in the eastern U.S., all within about 20 miles.



LEAF SEASON IN THE SMOKIES

October is the Smokies at their showiest — leaf season fills the national park, the alpine coasters run through falling color, and evenings turn cool enough that the hot tub and patio fireplace become the after-dinner spot. It's our most-requested month; weekends go first.



WINTER & THE HOLIDAYS

We decorate right after Thanksgiving, so from late November through the new year the cabin is already dressed when you walk in — tree, stockings, both fireplaces going. Nothing to haul up the mountain.

Fully decorated from Thanksgiving on, but rates run well under the holiday weeks and the Parkway isn't packed.



JANUARY THROUGH MARCH — our quiet season, and our best value.

• Bare ridgelines you can see straight through, no traffic on the Parkway, trails that feel like yours

GOOD TO KNOW

• Fully paved roads and driveway — no gravel. Steep and winding; 2WD is fine in normal dry conditions, but 4WD or AWD is required if there's snow or ice on the ground
