The house overall is nice and a great set up for a big group. Each of our couples had their own rooms and the kids were able to all bunk up together and share a bathroom, which was great. I don’t expect the best of the best in a rental property but we had a few issues with the house that caused frustration and made the price feel high.First and foremost, the pool was completely broken during our entire stay. The host initially tried to do a quick fix before we checked in but it was never actually fixed and we could not use during our entire week. I would have expected more of an effort from the host to get a professional out to remediate vs asking us to keep refilling the water, add chlorine, wait for the filter to run, etc. Ultimately we booked the house bc of the pool and not having the ability to use it was very frustrating. The nice Miele coffee machine did not work. Luckily there was a back up pot but disappointing. WiFi was slow our entire trip, and the tv stopped working after our second night. The host did help with WiFi so we could stream a World Cup match but other than that, fairly hard to use devices. Of course we spent most of our time outside so not a huge deal, just would have expected more for the price!Outside of the issues at the house, the location is fantastic. Easy to rent boats and other water toys at the marina. The lake itself was beautiful and we had a lot of fun out on the water.
