Ocean front condo located at the heart of 7 Mile Beach!



3rd floor direct ocean view condo with 3 bedrooms (2 King beds, 2 Twin beds) and 3 bathrooms. Large families can take advantage of the extra queen sleeper sofa available in the living room.

This luxurious condominium offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and direct ocean access. The unit has been recently renovated and features fine furnishings, high-quality bedding, high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, and fiber optic cable TV.



The condo is equipped with the following:

-Complimentary high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi

-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom

-Beach toys for kids

-Pack n Play and high chair available on request

-Fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, a Starting Package of the toilet paper, dishwasher and wash machine detergent, paper kitchen towels, and paper napkins.

Regal Beach Club offers direct ocean access. In the event that there is no beach during your stay, we provide comfortable lounging chairs and beds around the pool area for your relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, there's a public beach nearby and we provide light weight beach chairs for your convenience.

Everything was like we expected EXCEPT that the beach was gone. We stayed in the exact condo in 2019. We should’ve been told when we booked that there was NO longer a beach!!

Gorgeous condo on 7 mile beach

Beautiful comfortable condo with a deck overlooking the beach and gorgeous views. Quiet but near everything. The beach is very small but you can walk for miles on 7 Mile beach past crowded hotels and then be happy back at your home base. Multiple comfortable beds with a well stocked kitchen. Very safe and clean.

We had a great stay. The location and condo were as described. Everything was well stocked; towels, beach towels, kitchen items, laundry soap, etc. The daily housekeeping was a very pleasant surprise. Overall a great stay.

We just had a wonderful stay at Regal Beach Club, unit 634. Ildi and the staff were welcoming, attentive and warm. The location is terrific...close to shops, restaurants, and the lovely Camana Bay. Unit 634, in particular, is a dream as it sits right at the water, overlooking the amazingly beautiful ocean. Thank you to everyone at RBC that made the week so wonderful!

Best Birthday Ever

Stayed in #634 with friends while celebrating a milestone birthday. The unit was perfect and the location breathtaking. Loved the balcony and the beachfront. Fell asleep each night to the sound of waves. Can't wait to come back! Best birthday ever!

It was breath taking! Loved Grand Cayman!

The property was well kept and what we expected from the pictures. The staff that takes care of the property; Manger's, cleaning crews, security staff were always so pleasant and eager to help make our stay amazing. We can't wait to go back and we highly recommend this location. Close to everything and downtown. We rented a car, but you really don't need one at this location. Each condo has an amazing view of the ocean, but this upper front condo was the cream of the crop! Thank you to everyone that made us feel so welcomed and made our stay so pleasant!

Great property, great view, great staff

Love this property and its location on Seven Mile Beach. Much quieter than the other big resorts in the area and the rooms are very comfortable and set up well for families. Views are second to none. Staff is very attentive and cleaning staff is wonderful.

My family of five completely fell in love with 634. The patio and view of the ocean is breathtaking!

My family of five arrived in late Nov and stayed for seven nights. The property is beautifully maintained and the room is spacious. All of our children would not get out of the ocean so we rarely used the pool. Everyday the sun came out and the water was calm. Seven mile beach is a perfect spot for kids to play. This location is right beside the Marriott and we liked going over for a drink and occasional meal too. I definitely recommend the Gin and Tonic's that they serve:) At night we curled up and sat outside on the outdoor private patio! The sunsets will forever be etched into our memories. You will not regret staying at this wonderful spot!

Gorgeous Condo

What a wonderful gem. My husband, daughter, son in law and two grandsons enjoyed this property from the moment we stepped inside. The management team greeted us upon our arrival and answered all of our questions then the beautiful part is that this condo is so well cared for we never had to contact them again. Housekeeping came in on a daily basis and worked around my grandsons nap schedule. The condo is within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. We did rent a car so that we could enjoy everything that the island had to offer. Thank you so much for opening up your home to us, and in the future when we return to Grand Cayman there is no question as to where we will stay. Bobbie Jo Hedges

Very nice location

The unit is well kept and in very good shape. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and very comfortable. The winning feature for us was the huge private deck. It comes with retractable sun awnings that made it very nice to lounge no matter the time of day. We had a great time and really enjoyed the unit.

Dream vacation - Stunning accommodations!!

This condo is everything we dreamed it would be and more. My family and I have been traveling to the Caymans for years and this was the first time we decided to stay in a condo as opposed to a hotel and we couldn't have been more pleased. This unit is absolutely beautiful and the view is spectacular! Having been recently renovated, everything is brand new, modern and very clean. The furnishings are stunning - all white and blue, reflecting the unbelievable view from the expansive balcony, which is where we spent most of our time. There are three large bedrooms, alll very tastefully decorated with quality linens. Two bedrooms have attached full baths and the third bedroom has its own separate bath. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need - blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, and plenty of dish ware. If you need anything, all you have to do is contact the office and they quickly will fulfill your request. All bedrooms and living room are equipped with large screen TVs and my husband said there were at least 300 channels! I couldn't tell you since I was out on the balcony most of the time.😉 There is daily maid service. We were surprised on our first day after returning from the beach to find that housekeeping had already put a load of laundry in for us, mostly just beach towels, of which there is an ample supply in the condo. There is a supply of detergent as well. Now about that balcony -- it's simply incredible! When we first entered the condo we all just let out a huge "Wow!" You can't put into words the spectacular view, the colors, right there in front of you! And the balcony is HUGE! if you want a little shade, there is an umbrella, and it also has two electric retractable awnings. Ms. Dale and Petra were extremely accommodating and very welcoming. If we needed anything, they were quick to respond. My girls said they felt like celebrities and that about says it all! You will not be disappointed with this luxurious home. This was our favorite trip to the Caymans and I have to say it's because of this complex. We are definitely returning to the Caymans and we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else!!

Beautiful view, beautiful penthouse

We booked this with a little anxiety as there were no reviews and the site didn't show pictures of the newly renovated condominium. From even before we arrived however, it was a fantastic experience. The property managers are delightful, calling to the States ahead of time to make certain that all was well. Dale met us there and showed us the condominium--which was BEAUTIFUL. It has been decorated in tones of white and blue, beautifully reflecting the gorgeous ocean just outside. The living room furniture is comfortable with incredible views through large windows. Kitchen is well appointed; (could have used more plates so we didn't have to run the dishwasher as often but that is extremely minor). There are essentially 2 Master bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds and uses a full bathroom off the hall. Beds were comfortable with top notch linens. And the balcony! That is where we lived if not on the beach or diving. Gorgeous views. Hot in the middle of the day but there is an umbrella for shade. Perfect place to drink coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The property itself is misleading when you drive in, as you see only a parking garage and the front office. But the walk down the sides of the buildings is beautiful with greenery on either side and at the end beautiful blue water. My only disappointment is that the whirlpool is not heated. Please note the site still does not have accurate pictures of the interior of the condo. The owners should really update it as it is worth showing off.
