Ocean view condo located at the heart of 7 Mile Beach



This 3rd floor direct ocean view condo with two bedrooms (1 King bed + 2 Twin beds) and two bathrooms (1 en-suite and 1 guest bathroom, both with a bathtub and shower). Large families can take advantage of the additional Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

This luxury condominium is situated on the renowned Seven Mile Beach and offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and direct ocean access. The unit has been fully renovated with exquisite furnishings, premium bedding, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and fiber-optic cable TV.



The condo is equipped with the following:

-Complimentary high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi

-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom

-Beach toys for kids, pool floats, pack 'n play and high chair upon request

-Fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, a Starting Package of the toilet paper, dishwasher and wash machine detergent, paper kitchen towels, and paper napkins.

-Washer and Dryer

Regal Beach Club offers direct ocean access. In the event that there is no beach during your stay, we provide comfortable lounging chairs and beds around the pool area for your relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, there's a public beach nearby and we provide light weight beach chairs for your convenience.

Spring Break

Third time staying in this complex. Came with friends for my daughter's senior spring break. Condo was perfect with plenty of room for my daughter and I. We both love Regal Beach Club. I do miss the beach and being able to walk from Regal Beach Club to the Westin. Still amazing accommodations and centrally located for restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful condo at Regal Beach Club

This was a gorgeous condo with amazing views! The condo had everything we needed. Close to shopping and restaurants. The property was immaculate. Great beach or pool seating. Can't wait to come back soon!

Great place on a great beach!

Loved it! Condo and location are great! Grounds were clean and pretty! Our condo is well furnished. Beds are comfy and daily maid service in a condo is wonderful! No complaints. If you have kids, make sure to bring beach toys. Chairs and towels are supplied. This part of the beach is not crowded. Location is near many restaurants and there is a hotel next door to dine and get drinks to bring back to your beach chair.

We thoroughly enjoyed this rental. The condo was very well equipped, we appreciated and used the kitchen and the laundry facilities. The view from the lanai was very nice; the location was perfect - within walking distance to restaurants. The beach is beautiful and had plenty of chairs for our use at this time of year. Great place to stay

We stayed a week in this condo. The location and beach is fantastic. The condo has a great view, is very clean and well furnished, and is very close to shopping and nice restaurants. Petra was a great help when we checked in, and gave us some nice tips about things to do along with nice restaurant recommendations. We definitely would recommend staying here.

Wonderful Condo with a Beachview

Overall our stay at Regal Beach Club #632 was picture perfect. The property was spotless with all the expected amities plus more. We were greeted by Petra who provided us with a quick tour of the property and made sure we didn't need anything additional. It was so thoughtful of her to leave a small first aid kit! The bed is comfy with extra pillows and comforter. The bathroom is a tad small so only one person can be in there at a time, especially the hall bath. The only problems we had with the condo was lack of consistent cable service. Although Petra was very accommodating we only had television service for the last two days of our stay. We weren't there to watch TV but it would have been nice to watch the news in the morning or catch a movie in the heat of the afternoon. Because of the location we were able to walk to several eateries and local bars which was a real plus for us since we did not rent a car. Peppers across the street has great BBQ chicken and Cimboco is great for breakfast/lunch and a nice cold beer. If you are looking for a really nice place to eat dinner give LUCA a try although you will need to take a taxi or drive since it isn't within walking distance. We did walk over (20min one way) to Camana Bay which is like an outdoor mall. It has shops, restaurants, and a cinema. The condominium property was very tidy along with the beach. The only downside to the beach is that several of the umbrellas were broken and the chairs were a bit worn. Besides the fantastic view it was wonderful to have daily maid service plus loads of beach towels, floats, and snorkeling gear. This was one of our most favorite stays and will return soon.

Had a great time!

We really enjoyed our Cayman vacation and the condo was great. Can not beat the location and the beach area is just amazing. There were wonderful restaurants to walk too and using Kirk Markets delivery service made meals at home easy and delicious. The BBQ's on the property are well kept and in perfect shape and the sunset is unforgettable. The condo has everything you need though you might want to pack a folded cooler for the beach snacks. The property manager was helpful and pleasant and addressed any needs that arose. We will definitely come back and would not hesitate to stay at this wonderful condo again.
