Ocean view condo located at the heart of 7 Mile Beach



2nd floor direct ocean view condo with three bedrooms (2 King beds + 2 Twin beds) and two bathrooms. Large families can take advantage of the extra sleeper ottoman available in the living room.

This luxurious condominium offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and direct ocean access. The unit has been recently renovated and features fine furnishings, high-quality bedding, high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, and fiber optic cable TV.



The condo is equipped with the following:

-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom

-Beach toys for kids

-Pack n Play and high chair available on request

-Fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, a Starting Package of the toilet paper, dishwasher and wash machine detergent, paper kitchen towels, and paper napkins.

Regal Beach Club offers direct ocean access. In the event that there is no beach during your stay, we provide comfortable lounging chairs and beds around the pool area for your relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, there's a public beach nearby and we provide light weight beach chairs for your convenience.

Great Family Friendly Property

This was a great location for 26 family members to stay. All condos were close proximity to each other. Pool next to ocean was a plus. I heard many compliments from the family that it was so nice to walk out on the beach and into the water and have the sand be so smooth everywhere. Not rocky, as we we saw in other areas further down the beach.

Great location, very comfortable accommodations, recommend highly.

The beauty of this place took my breath away. It is even better in person than in pictures. It was perfect for our setup - a couple, my Mother, and two teens. The second floor location is ideal - lots of enclosed patio space, but away from the traffic flow on the ground floor. My only suggestion is to build a larger fitness center with wifi. Thank you for the hospitality. I really hope we can return someday!

GUYS GETAWAY

Our apartment/condo was right next to the beach and the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with the ocean view and listening to the waves. We had a rental vehicle, but did not use it much as we had local friends who took us to bars to restaurants. We felt very safe at all time. The only draw back is stones (not pebbles) when you enter the beach. Once you go about 10 feet in the beach, there is not many stones, only a few.

Another great stay

Our second time staying at RBC. Just as the first time, it was terrific. The location is great and enjoys proximity to everything, as well as beautiful sunsets every evening. The unit was spotless and well supplied. Having a washer/dryer is so nice and allows us to pack fewer clothes. The grounds are very well maintained and the Marriott is right next door if you feel like grabbing a drink or breakfast. We come mostly for the scuba diving and it never disappoints. We will be staying again. Thank you.

A dreamy tip!! Can't wait to return.

We could not have been happier! This place was absolutely fantastic. Our group of 7 had plenty of space. With 5 kids (17, 18, 20,20, and 21) this place was just the perfect fit. We were close enough for everyone to walk around and explore on their own or together. We loved the long walks North on the beach in the morning. Quiet and beautiful. The views from this condo are breathtaking!! We all loved hanging on the screened in porch (with a fan, too!!) taking advantage of the insane views. There were two coffee pots (regular and Keurig), a hair dryer, and we loved the body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the showers. Brilliant!! And SO MANY towels. What a BONUS!! We used the blender daily making mango smoothies for breakfast and pina coladas in the afternoon. We snorkeled off the beach and swam a ton. The water was like a big swimming pool. I would not hesitate to book this myself again or recommend this fantastic property. Communication was top notch the entire way as well. Thank you for a fantastic week in paradise!!

Great place to stay

Check in was so easy. The place was super clean. Maid service came by everyday to clean the place for us. Kitchen was big and well stocked. All the appliances were updated. The view was gorgeous!! Right on the water. The only little thing was the beach was more narrow than other spots up the beach. It wasn’t a bad thing just a personal preference.

Gorgeous location!

This property location could not have been better. The condo is very spacious and our family of 3, plus my in-laws had more than enough space in #624. The pool deck was the perfect spot to watch the sunset over Seven mile beach!! The property manager Kristina was extremely accommodating, and was a great pleasure to communicate with. We will definitely be back in the years to come!

Amazing property on SMB

We loved our stay in unit 624! The views out every window were amazing. The unit was clean, bright and cheery and roomy for 4 adults and 2 children. Quick walk to many restaurants & shops. Only steps away from the most beautiful beach ever!

Amazing condo in the perfect location!

We had a fantastic time during our 10 day stay at Regal Beach! The condo is in the perfect location along SMB (easy walk to Camana Bay via the Camana Way pedestrian trail, several restaurants and bars close by, walking north along the beach was easy, access to public transportation, etc.). My parents and our two kids (4 and 1) were with us. The condo was spacious, did not feel cramped at all, and the view was incredible. We loved relaxing on the screened in porch after being in the water. The beds are all very comfortable and all of the appliances are very nice (including the washer and dryer). We ate breakfast and lunch there almost every day. Kirk’s was an easy walk (Fosters was a little farther and seemed a lot farther on the busy road, but they are in the process of building a Fosters in Camana Bay, which will be convenient). The bus was also very easy to use to go into Georgetown, and you can pick it up right outside of the complex. Our four year old loved to wake up at 6am look out the window and then we would go walk the beach looking for shells. The pools were another favorite of our kids, and Ildi was very friendly and helpful in answering any questions. Many of the excursions would pick us up in the front of the complex. The Cayman Turtle Centre is worth the trip, and there is a free shuttle that will pick you up (and drop you off) outside of the lobby of the Marriott next door; just call the Turtle Centre for the times. Thank you for a great vacation! We will be back!

Amazing family vacation in GC

Our family stayed in the condo in early March of 2017 and couldn't have been happier. Amazing location overlooking seven mile beach with plenty of space for the 4 adults and 3 kids we had with us. We were out at the beach or pools every day. At night there were plenty of restaurant options in walking distance. We will be back.

Great week at an incredible property.

Our family had a fantastic week. Then property was maintained nicely. The condo we were in was very nice. The beach was perfect. The staff were kind and helpful. There is no restaurant or bar on property, but it's just steps away from the Marriott. The only thing we would have liked to see was a hot tub.

Amazing Condo and vacation

My family and i just returned from our week long trip in Grand Cayman and stayed at this "amazing" condo. The property and accommodations, surpassed our expectations, VERY clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and met all our needs for a fantastic stay. Petra was wonderful and always willing to help make our stay a " home away from home" . The location was perfect, close enough to Georgetown, grocery stores and restaurants. The beach and view from the condo was perfect and it was so nice to just walk out our door to the beach and relax on the lounge chairs. This was our second trip to the island and we already looking forward to going back even though we have only been home a few hours. We would definitely stay at the condo and resort again. A great place with great service

The unit is stunning and right on the beach. It has three large bedrooms. The master overlooks the pool and the other bedrooms are great as well. Bed's are very comfortable. The bathrooms are not huge, but there are big closets and a nice make-up / dressing area in the master. The kitchen, dining and family room are combined into one large area with beautiful 180 degree views of the beach and sunsets. Unit is on the second floor and has a nice screened in porch facing the ocean. The unit is freshly re-done and has first class appliances, granite counters etc. The unit is stocked with beach towels, boggie boards and floats. All of the pool areas and outdoor spaces have been updated and the furniture at the pool and the beach are perfect. The beach itself in clean and wide and the water is chest deep 100' out. We were there during peak spring break season and it was never crowed at the pool or beach due to the low total number of units. Location on Seven Mile Beach is very good and close to most things, including coffee shops, restaurants and Caymana Bay (newly developed mixed-use retail/restaurant area). Red Sail Sports is right next door (at the Marriott) if you want and water sports activities (jet ski's, hobbie cats, kayaks etc.). Their is good snorkeling 100 feet away. The owner's are lovely and live in the building next door. Petra went out of her way to make us feel welcome, suggest the best spots to eat and explore on the island, and to make sure the unit was completely to our liking. She checks in on you without being overbearing and everyplace she suggested was outstanding. Overall, it is one of the best vacation spots we have been to and we look forward to coming back.
