This spectacular 3 bedroom ground floor Oceanfront Beachfront Condo, with incredible views, is situated in the very heart of 7 mile beach, and has been upgraded recently.

This listing is one of the closest condo's to the world famous 7 Mile Beach. Literally steps away. Only one of two 3 bedroom ground floor condo's in this complex. This condo is also outfitted with sound proof glass/windows allowing our guests to enjoy the ultimate peace and tranquility in this tropical paradise.

Ground floor direct ocean front condo with 3 bedrooms (2 King beds + 2 Twin beds) and 3 bathrooms. Large families can take advantage of the extra Queen Sleeper Sofa available in the living room.
This luxurious condominium offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea. The unit has been recently renovated and features fine furnishings, high-quality bedding, high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, and fiber optic cable TV.

The condo is equipped with the following:
-Complimentary high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi
-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom
-Beach toys for kids
-Pack n Play and high chair available on request
-Fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, a Starting Package of the toilet paper, dishwasher and wash machine detergent, paper kitchen towels, and paper napkins.

Regal Beach Club offers direct ocean access. In the event that there is no beach during your stay, we provide comfortable lounging chairs and beds around the pool area for your relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, there's a public beach nearby and we provide light weight beach chairs for your convenience.

The images you posted were not the correct images. It was right on 7 mile beach, which was wonderful. The beds were supposedly recently updated, I wonder how recently they were updated. The beds sagged. The bed sheets had pilling. The supposed land line never worked the entire 2 weeks. The furniture was NOT of very good quality. Curtains on the windows were broken. This is just some of the issues.

Week long stay - Family of 5

This property was perfect for what our family needed. Sadly, the beach has really eroded, but thankfully the public beach next door gave us plenty of space to play. As always, Grand Cayman was gorgeous. The security guards at RBC are really lovely and remembered us from last year. Proximity to the Marriott and restaurants is good, easy walk to Camana Bay.

Clean relaxing spot away from the crowds

We had an amazing view of the ocean in a very clean condo on the ground floor. The only suggestion to the owner would be to include at least the basics in the kitchen. Salt and pepper, sugar, tinfoil.... We ended up having to purchase a lot of basic things for the kitchen but perhaps this is just me being nitpicky. :-)

Fantastic overall. Just missing the beach

Fantastic stay. Great location and great accommodations. Amy the property manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The only problem is that the beach was washed away and we didn't know it. There is no sand in front of the resort. You can still swim in the ocean but it is not quite the same. That is the only bad thing of the entire trip. I understand that it is not their fault, but they need to update photos so people know this.

Beautiful property and amazing location. Condo was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The one and only negative is there is no beach. So if you need a beach, this is not the property (nothing Regal Beach has any control over).

Great Unit! Great Location! No Beach.

Wish there had been more of a sandy beach but we had a great time just relaxing at the pool looking out at the beautiful ocean. Would definitely stay here again. Condo was perfect. Appliances were nearly new. A/C worked great! Walking distance to great restaurant (Peppers)! Security people were very friendly (Lionel & ???). Complex was mostly vacant during our stay so we had the pool and lounge chairs to ourselves most of the time.

Paradise

The condo was very well supplied with essentials that most vrbos do stock for their guests. It is on the beach, in a nice, quiet complex. The rooms were all spacious and the kitchen was nice and big. Everything worked in the unit and we enjoyed ourselves!

Great Condo, but beach is still minimal

So sad that Mother Nature eroded large parts of 7 mile beach, the condo is beautiful, but if you are a lay by the ocean kind of vacationer, then this may not be your spot.

Amazing condo unit on the ground floor on the ocean. Sooo much space with 3 large bedrooms and the kids room was perfect with the two twin beds for your twin 7 year olds. Love the convenience of the Marriott next door. The beach is really narrow from the storms now but there’s enough space and our kids kept us at the pool most of the time anyways.

Our vacation was just perfect! We loved the condo and all of the amenities the complex offers. It was a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Thank you for letting us stay. We hope to visit again in the future!

springbreak family trip

We loved our stay here! In my opinion this is the best condo at this location. I wish I had known about the beach erosion prior to booking at this location but since we are not lay out on the beach type of people, it did not create a problem for us. Of course this is nothing the property can control. The condo had amazing views! It was clean, comfortable and safe. The kitchen had new appliances that are easy to use! My boys loved the basketball goal as well as the pool! We would go back and stay here again!

Great Condo but No Beach

We love this condo and cayman but too bad that the beach has been washed away. Had seen the property on a trip prior to the most recent hurricane. Had not really expected the beach to be almost totally gone. Such a shame because such a great unit right on the beach…….. everything else was great just disappointed that the location now not so great. Wonder if cayman will have to remarket itself as 5 mile beach not seven mile beach.

Great condo on the beach (what’s left of the beach)

Rental experience was seamless and easy. Property location was excellent with access to multiple restaurants and retail within walking distance. Only downside is the erosion of the beach since the pictures were taken. At least 30-40ft of sand is no longer there. Fortunately, the beach was not crowded so it was not an issue, but I can imagine it would be a significant challenge when more crowded.

Awesome stay!

Condo was roomy, updated and perfect for the four of us. Our 2 year old son had a great time digging in the sand and playing in the water. Location is close enough to walk to Camana Bay and nearby restaurants. The beach close to the Marriott property is dwindling though :(

Perfect Cayman Getaway

Spent 3 nights here before heading to Cayman Brac. Perfect location for beach, food and groceries. Check in and property manager was great. Room was exactly what was pictured. Location was fabulous! Perfect room for 2 couples or a family. We would book again!
