The properties south of 7 Mile Beach, including the Marriott Beach Resort and Regal Beach Club, have been affected by this erosion at times during the year. This is a seasonal, cyclical and changing situation. There are times when there is a small beach, and there are other times when there is no beach. There are a few steps that allow easy access to the Caribbean Sea. Please understand this is Mother Nature, which we have no control over.

Beach Vacation

Very nice, clean, well equiped, centrally located to restaurants, shops, grocery, liquor, beach, pool, gas grill. Lodging is very well maintained as well as the pool and grounds. Easy checkin and check out. Plenty of parking.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay of 5 nights here. Very conveniently located and the view was spectacular! That being said it is on the 3rd floor- lending to the great view, but this may not be a good location for someone that struggles with stairs as there is no elevator. Fortunately, this was not an issue for our family. The condo was clean and had everything we needed including comfortable beds. Ildi made check-in very easy and was wonderful with contacting me before we arrived. Just a couple things to be aware of for any future renters. Be aware that the washing machine and dryer do not work very well. The dryer takes a very long time to dry and needs to be restarted more than once per load. It also has a water drain above it that needs emptied each time and the container builds up mildew that stinks. Also be aware that there is not a sandy beach at this property. Unfortunately, it is part of the stretch of seven mile beach that has eroded over time. The pool was great tho and you can walk down directly into the water from the stairs, however there is no dry sand area to enjoy which was one of the things we had looked forward to. Overall a good vacation and a comfortable place to land after a busy day of snorkeling!
