Quinta Nova – Charming Guest House – Arrábida

Welcome to Quinta Nova, a charming guest house located in Azeitão, in the heart of the Arrábida Natural Park.



Just 35 km south of Lisbon, 8 km from the beaches and close to the magnificent Quinta do Peru golf course, this 2-hectare property is a true haven of peace, nestled in an exceptional natural environment.



The Guest House, offered for rental in its entirety, can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It benefits from elegant decoration, charming antique furniture and a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for a restful stay in the heart of nature.

The house is through-and-through, bright, facing north and south, with access via a gallery facing due south that runs along the entire façade.

It is organised around a main room comprising:

an equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, induction hob, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher

a dining area

a comfortable lounge with sofa, two armchairs and insert fireplace

On each side of the living room are:

2 beautiful double bedrooms

2 private bathrooms, each with shower, sink and WC



In winter, all rooms benefit from comfortable heating.



Outside, you will enjoy a unique setting: a garden of pure Andalusian style, punctuated by fountains, pools and cascading water paths, amid orange and olive trees. The magnificent swimming pool overlooks the park and invites you to relax in absolute peace and quiet.



All activities are accessible within just a few minutes, less than 10 km from the estate: beaches, golf, horse riding, typical villages, medieval castles, restaurants, exceptional hiking, sailing, surfing, water sports, paragliding, cinema, bowling, etc.



To note



-The owners live on the property. The swimming pool is therefore shared with them, even if they bathe in it little or very rarely. Travellers will not be disturbed and can fully enjoy the tranquillity of the place.



Two adorable pointer dogs also live on the property. They are the owners' dogs. They are very friendly and accustomed to the presence of travellers.
