It also features a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. The loft-style space combines a bright, high-ceilinged social area with a cozy private mezzanine retreat.

Located in one of Setúbal’s best neighborhoods, everything is within walking distance: the beach, marina, large park, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and the vibrant downtown are all less than 800 meters away. Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washing machine, and a fully equipped space make it ideal for both relaxing getaways and longer stays for students and remote workers.

Guests will receive check-in details on the day of arrival and will be able to reach the host anytime via phone or app.

- Quiet hours as required by Portuguese law from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM;
- Please do not forget to turn off the air conditioners when you are not in the apartment.

- For stays longer than 10 days, we provide a complimentary weekly cleaning service, during which we will change the towels and bed linens and perform general upkeep of the apartment. This does not include routine cleaning or tidying up of your personal items, such as washing dishes, taking out the trash, or tidying up.

- After spending time at the beach, please shake off the sand outside so that the showers don’t get clogged.
