This spacious, dual-aspect apartment is perfect for your stay in Sète!

Very bright and just a stone’s throw from downtown, it offers breathtaking views of the harbor and the canal, 3 bedrooms, a small parking space, and a bike storage area!

And all the amenities are just a short walk away!

It has one bedroom with a 160-cm bed overlooking the harbor and two bedrooms with 140-cm beds on the other side.

The first bedroom has a fan; the other two are air-conditioned.

The kitchen is fully equipped (Dolce Gusto and drip coffee makers, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer).

The living area consists of a very large living room with two sofas (non-convertible), a TV, and Wi-Fi, opening onto the dining room and the loggia. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows let you enjoy the view and plenty of natural light

In the bathroom, you’ll find a vanity with double sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a hair dryer. The toilet is separate.

The apartment also has a washing machine.

PLEASE NOTE: The parking space is suitable for cars that aren’t too wide (1.90 x 4 m)

Right outside the residence on the street, there are 2 parking spaces with charging stations for electric vehicles (REVEO operator)

Pets are NOT allowed.
