Renovated in 2018, this characterful property enjoys a central and sunny position in the unspoiled countryside, approximately 300 metres from the river, offering a truly authentic mountain retreat. The house is an ideal holiday rental for those seeking tranquillity, natural beauty, and a genuine connection with the Alpine landscape. It is important to note that power at the property is supplied by a solar panel, and the stove, boiler, and refrigerator are all gas-operated. As a result, electrical appliances exceeding 250W cannot be operated during your stay. A private yard surrounds the property, providing an inviting outdoor space to enjoy the stunning mountain scenery. Parking is available 200 metres from the house, accessible via a narrow mountain road, with a 200-metre footpath leading directly to the property entrance.

The use of the access road to the Malvaglia Valley is subject to a toll fee, payable either in cash in Swiss francs or by credit card. The toll machine is located in Caslou, immediately after crossing the bridge. A car is strongly recommended for reaching and staying at this property. Please be aware that the road is classified as a mountain road and motor access is narrow, with a 200-metre footpath completing the final approach to the house.
