You can freely enjoy a private tennis court and pétanque court on the property. 2 private lockable gates provide access from the bottom of the garden to a cove and a small sandy beach and via a short 10-minute walk to the village on the marina side. Private parking inside the property can accommodate up to 4 cars, but it is possible to park another car next to the shed.
