  • Si sueña con unas vacaciones en Italia para usted y su familia, esta es la oportunidad de vivir unas vacaciones inolvidables en el centro histórico de un pueblo medieval.

    Un alojamiento elegante y confortable en un patio de piedra recientemente renovado: 2 habitaciones grandes, tranquilas y luminosas con 2 baños privados (con lavadora), una cocina equipada con lavavajillas, horno y nevera, una mesa de comedor para seis personas, una sala de estar con piedra vista típica de las casas medievales del siglo XIII muy grande y luminosa con un sofá cama, área de estudio, TV con DVD y, arriba, una espléndida terraza panorámica con una vista que abarca desde el Mediterráneo hasta las colinas romanas.

    En la terraza hay una mesa para sus momentos de relajación y conversación o para un aperitivo agradable.

    Un apartamento nuevo y lleno de luz, inmerso en un patio medieval donde el pasado se combina sabiamente con lo moderno: los muros de piedra enmarcan el apartamento haciendo que reviva un ambiente antiguo y relajante, combinado con la comodidad de las comodidades de un apartamento moderno: sistema wi-fi, cafetera lavazza, cocina finamente equipada y equipada, muebles completamente nuevos.

    Un dormitorio está compuesto por una cama doble más una cama supletoria, el otro dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales con la posibilidad de insertar una tercera cama: en el apartamento, por lo tanto, pueden dormir 4, 5 o 6 personas, y la sala de estar también Equipado con un sofá cama.     En los días soleados, puede aprovechar una maravillosa piscina al aire libre rodeada de olivos y viñas a solo 5 minutos del apartamento, o dirigirse a las fantásticas playas mediterráneas como Sabaudia o San Felice Circeo.

    El territorio de Sermoneta es famoso en todo el mundo por su proximidad a los JARDINES DE NINFA, uno de los jardines más bellos de Europa con más de diecinueve variedades de magnolia caducifolia, abedul, iris acuático y una sensacional variedad de arces japoneses y cerezos.

Marco was an amazing host, always on hand to help us, from the moment we had paid for the trip he's communication was brilliant, the apartment is beautiful, the pictures are just what you see on the advert, sitting out on the balcony as the sunsets was amazing. Piacevole soggiorno

La posizione della struttura è ideale per poter visitare la città di Sermoneta spostandosi a piedi, ma la disponibilità di un parcheggio riservato vicino permette di utilizzare l'appartamento come base di partenza per esplorare altre località nei dintorni. L'appartamento è ampio e ben strutturato, dotato di tutti i servizi indispensabili per un soggiorno piacevole. A causa del maltempo non abbiamo potuto sfruttare al meglio l'ampio terrazzo di uso esclusivo da cui è possibile ammirare l'intera vallata ed intravedere anche il mare. Il proprietario di casa è inoltre una persona cordiale e disponibile, e ci ha suggerito alcuni locali deliziosi per assaggiare la cucina del posto. La pulizia dei locali è buona, ma si sentiva un po' di "odore di chiuso"; non tutte le finestre sono inoltre dotate di zanzariere. Il giudizio è globalmente molto buono.

Very enjoyable stay

Had a lovely time in Le Camere Pinte apartment. Located in the beautiful hilltop town of Sermoneta with its castle, lovely cobbles streets and great views. A good number of restaurants locally provided you are happy with going up stairs. We found however that there is quite alot of overlap in the menu choices between the different resultants and many of them were closed on Mondays and Tuesday. Marco was very helpful and made check in easy despite us arriving late at night. You need to be a bit careful with the electrics- only one large appliance at once (don’t put the dishwasher, washing machine or oven on together). Unfortunately we didn’t know this which led to a late night call out for Marco (sorry)Pool was lovely but looks a bit different to the pictures as they have now built up a little more around it with an outdoor events room, but still lovely for a cool off. Local kids holiday club were using the pool for about 1 hour each day when we were staying (the summer holidays). Lots to do in the area if you have a car. I recommend the Ninfa gardens and ruins. We also went to Rome, Pompeii, and zoomarine (aquarium and water park) which were lovely. If you want to visit the castle in Sermoneta you have to book in advance and guided tour is only in Italian. Would recommend this apartment, it was a lovely place to stay. We cooked quite a bit in the kitchen but if you want to do also, it might be helpful to know that there's no toaster or microwave.

We had a wonderful stay, and the town was extra special.

I would suggest that Marco include some necessities that others include with their units. More toilet paper (there was a total between three bathrooms) of about a third of a roll in total, a couple small packets of shampoo, two little slivers of hand soap, no dishwashing or laundry detergent. These items are normally included because for foreign renters it isn't easy to find simple items like this and it should be included in the rental. Other than that the appartment was very clean and plesant.

Confort et sérénité, une base idéal pour le sud Latium

L'appartement, bien équipé, avec une salle de douche par chambre et tout l'équipement nécessaire, est très agréable. Sa terrasse, dominant la plaine jusqu'à la mer, avec ses superbes couchers de soleil, a donné un charme particulier à notre séjour. Sermoneta est une petite perle méconnue, moyennageuse, peu touristique et authentique. Marco a toujours été disponible et d'une aide précieuse pour résoudre un problème éventuel. Un très bon souvenir!

Geräumige Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse, netter Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut geschnitten und geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel mit drei Bädern ausgestattet. Sie besitzt eine schöne Terrasse mit einem weiten Bick über die Ebene. Der Vermieter Marco ist sehr nett, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Ein Nachteil besteht jedoch darin, dass es nur im Wohn- bzw. Küchenbereich eine Klimaanlage gibt und nicht in den Schlafzimmern. Bei hohen Außentemperaturen waren diese daher nachts recht stickig. Außerdem haben die Fenster der Schlafräume leider auch keine Fliegengitter. Und die Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr könnte etwas besser sein. Der Pool ist schön und gepflegt, aber man muss eine kurze Strecke mit dem Auto fahren. Der mittelalterliche Ort Sermoneta ist klein, ruhig und sehr hübsch. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort wohl gefühlt.

The property and management are first rate. Close to much history, many cultural attractions and natural beauty. Strong management and communication with the owner. Phenomenal views. A remarkable value. Would return; strongly recommend.

Marco is a great host, very good personal contact and really helpful. Spacious appartement, well appointed and superb view of the valley. Swimming pool at agriturismo very nice, just a very short drive and well worth the effort.

Serene Sermoneta

This apartment has well proportioned rooms. The bedrooms are a good size and has a lovely big kitchen/dining area. The view from the large balcony over the Pontine plain towards the mediterranean sea is stunning - no better place to watch the sun go down! Sermoneta is a beautiful peaceful village with a good choice of restaurants. Our host, Marco, was so welcoming ,speaks very good english and give us lots of useful advice re travelling into Rome etc and things to do in the area. A lovely place to rest and realax.

Nice apartment in a beautiful medieval town.

We stayed in Marco's apartment for two weeks during our summer holiday. The reason why we wanted to stay in that area is that we were looking for a place close to Rome (about an hour by car, 40 minutes by train), but it turned out to be much more. Sermoneta is a lovely little medieval town. There are some nice restaurants, but make sure to ask for a menu of let Marco make the reservation.. Some think tourists are goldmines... There are some nice beaches around: we went to Sabaudia a couple of times. If you are a cyclist: Sermoneta is on a challenging hill! The apartment itself is great: everything you need. The airconditioning is wonderful because it can be pretty hot and the view from the terrace is stunning. Marco is an excellent host: always ready to help if needed and he has many good tips for the area and for restaurants: very social guy and we like him a lot. All in all: more than lovely stay.

Spectacular views in a modern apartment

A recently renovated apartment within a traditional hilltop Italian village. Amazing view from the terrace over Latina and the coast and just a short walk into the village with restaurants, bakery, fruit and veg shop and a few souvenir shops. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, although the kitchen equipment was quite limited. The apartment is located on top of a steep hill and a hire car will be necessary as the main supermarket and pool are located at the bottom of the hill. Marco was extremely helpful, friendly and spoke fantastic English. He was happy to help with any issues and gave great recommendations. The pool was great, very clean with toilets and a bar selling refreshments and we mostly had the pool to ourselves (however it is shut on Mondays). We would highly recommend a stay at the apartment to enjoy real the Italian lifestyle.
