MistyGlen Hideaway, a private park setting Nestled near Olympic National Park.

This home is a studio yet lends itself to sleeping up to six.

We offer a California King bed, one sleeper sofa couch that pulls out to a full size bed, another couch that can be turned in to two twin size trundle beds, and a very nice Queen size self-inflating mattress if needed! Pack and Play is in the closet.

A fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to make home-made meals throughout your stay. We also have a ready to go picnic basket that includes a sand blanket, picnic tablecloth, cups, plates, utensils and two microfiber beach towels for an on-the-go adventure!

Step outside to the front yard for a game of croquet and badmitten or head to the garage for a game of ping pong and darts! Bikes and scooters are also available. We also offer books, board games, and puzzles for a family game night. Misty Glen sits amongst old growth trees, plants, flowers, and a walking trail around the yard where you can picnic if you like. Sit on the deck in the morning and relax with your morning beverage while enjoying the park in your front yard. Close to Mountains and Sea and beautiful lavender farms. Olympic Discovery Biking Trails are right around the corner along with lots of local shopping and restaurants. Agnew Store is just down the road as is Sunny Farms Grocery store.

Head West to explore Hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent Lodge, MaryMere Falls, a trip to Third Beach, Ruby Beach, or Rialto Beach, and the Hoh Rainforest! Head North for a day trip to Victoria, BC or stay right where you are to wander local lavender farms. How about golfing at Dungeness Golf Course for a round of golf and delicious dinner and drinks at Stymies? You can also visit Skyridge Golf or go to Peninsula Golf Course in Port Angeles, which is approx. 15 minutes west. A wonderful local farmers market also goes on downtown Sequim every Saturday from 9-2. Shopping, Coffee shops, and antiquing are always fun to do as well. For a memorable hiking experience, visit the Staircase Rapids Loop. It is a scenic and easy 2.2-mile hike suitable for families and beginners. The trail begins with a walk through lush old-growth forests, where towering trees draped in moss create a magical atmosphere. Ferns blanket the forest floor, and sunlight filters softly through the dense canopy offering a serene start to your adventure. The river runs alongside the trail, with its vibrant turquoise waters tumbling over rocks and forming tranquil pools along the way. it is locared in the Olympic National Park.

Relaxing Getaway in a beautiful setting

We loved staying at this private and quiet home. We really enjoyed spending time on the deck overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard amongst the tall evergreens. The location was perfect for riding our bikes to the Olympic Discovery trail just down the street. The home was well furnished and very comfortable. Our host even left us farm fresh eggs from her chickens. Would definitely stay again.

Great home, great location!

We enjoyed staying in this great home with the lovely garden. The place is private and well maintained. This was the perfect location for visits to Olympic National Park, Victoria BC, and whale watching. We would stay here again!

Peaceful, private and quiet

This property was in a beautiful setting, immaculate grounds, quiet and easy to find. Nicely decorated and had everything you would need for a getaway in a home away from home. Close to Olympic National Park, close to Sequim and Port Angeles for restaurants and grocery stores. Farms surrounding the area and very peaceful. We enjoyed everything and the hosts were very easy to work with. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing Stay

Misty Glen was perfect. Clean, beautiful surroundings and great location to visit Olympic National Park. There was every amenity you could ask for plus it was so relaxing to come back and sit in front of fire place after a day of hiking and exploring. The Discovery Trail nearby was an added plus since we brought our own bikes on our trip

PLUS 5 star - perfect! Cozy and quiet and RELAXING

This is a GEM - everything you need! Visiting family in Sequim. We stayed for two nights and what a precious and perfect place. The property is wonderful and the house exceeds all expectations. There is a hiking/running trails literally within a 3 mintue walk from front door. The house has everything for comfort and fun. HIGHLY recommend beyond 5-star

Awesome Rental

My wife and I loved this property. The open floor plan studio was great, along with the garage with ping pong, darts and other activities. The kitchens and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was in good order, clean, and the outside landscaping was like a private garden. The location was great to make it to several trailheads on the northern and northeast portions of Olympic National Park. I'd highly recommend this property!

Peaceful and clean

Very nicely equipped and well kept rental in a quiet park area. The rental is situated on a dead end road and has lots of privacy. There are so many amenities, too much to list, but there is something to do for all ages when unwinding after a long day or staying in and taking the day off. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The deck area looked comfy and had a fireplace but due to the weather we didn't get to use it. 10/10 would definitely stay again. Good spot, out of the way but not too far for an ONP base camp.

Beautiful and Really Fun Property - Convenient to ONP & Dungeness NWR

We were immediately welcomed to the property by two amazing deer. The gardens & landscape are gorgeous! This house is well equipped for a relaxing and super fun vacation. We absolutely loved the attached garage with the ping pong table & other fun games. And playing actual vinyl records after a long day of hiking was a great way to unwind. The host was very responsive to questions. I would not hesitate to stay at this beautiful property again.

Olympic Paradise

We stayed in this quaint little hideaway August 2024 and couldn’t have been more pleased. This Vrbo exceeded all our expectations and couldn’t have been better! The location is off the beaten path but yet close enough to everything we wanted to see and do plus there was so much to do there without ever having to get in a car. Fantastic stay

Lovely property. Awesome garage with fun stuff to do for the kids. Just a few minutes from downtown Sequim and 20-30 to ONP visitor center in Port Angeles.

Cool place

We had a great time at Sheri’s place. There was a small snafu with the bedding on the first night but it got taken care of quickly. It’s really just one big room. The master separated from the couch by a divider. The property is pretty, it was fun hooping in the garage and you get a nice big kitchen to cook in. Recommend but not for a large group.

Great Home & Location

We had a lovely stay in Sequim. The home was perfect for three of us. We had been staying in a cramped motel by the North Cascades NP and were beyond happy to be able to spread out in this spacious home while exploring Olympic NP. The home was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Being able to cook a meal and do a load of laundry while on vacation is awesome. The location was quiet, relaxing, and easy to find. We were happy there was plenty to do close to the home, in addition to the Olympic NP. We went to a lavender farm (B & B Family Lavender Farm was amazing), the Olympic Game Farm, and the Dungeness Wildlife Refuge. We would stay in this home again as well as recommend it to other families.

Great Studio Apartment

Just to be transparent this is a studio. There are NO bedrooms of any kind. It is just one large space. The photos and listings are a little misleading that there is a bedroom, there is not. There is a small piece of wood that blocks the view of the one bed from the couch but that is it. That being said the one bed was very comfortable. The couch becoming a king I don’t know how that is possible without a lot of furniture moving. But I had no complaints from the kids sleeping on them. The games in the garage were hit with the kids. Overall, the apartment was very well furnished and clean and modern. The bathroom was all right. The water pressure in the shower was a little low. The communication with the seller was very fast and friendly. This is a great place for a couple trying to get away, but if you need some privacy from the rest of your family that is with you, you might want to consider elsewhere.

Great stay

My wife and I spent four nights at Misty Glen were not disappointed. The top three attributes for me were a super comfortable bed that made sleeping easy, beautiful landscaping, and a large living space. We enjoyed our time visiting Olympic National Park for three days and spent one day in Sequim visiting local attractions like the lavender farms and winery.

Relaxing hideaway in a beautiful setting

The yard was so relaxing to sit and spend time in. We enjoyed the lawn games and bikes. It gave the kids something to do and kept them busy and happy during our down time. The home was spacious and comfortable and close to walking trials and recreation areas.

Fun and serene, lots of play!

Absolutely loved our stay, one of a kind with a giant play garage that was unexpected. Our seven year old loved the mini basketball hoop and scooter. The accommodations are much larger than they looked in the pictures and the neighborhood was absolutely charming. We would stay again!! Thanks for making it available.
