It is the most reasonably priced accommodation for travelers. It is a small but all-inclusive accommodation.
It is located 3 minutes from exit 2 of Hongdae Station and 5 minutes from exit 3 and it is very easy to find accommodation.
There are many restaurants, cafes, and places to shop around the accommodation.
Olive Young and the convenience store are located about a minute away,
and the famous vegetarian restaurant are also nearby.
If you use the subway, you can travel very comfortably and quickly to all areas of Seoul and even cities close to you.
The bus stop is right next to the subway station.
As soon as you leave the house, there is Yeontral Park, and you can also walk along the trail to the Han River.
This room is on the third floor and it's a cozy room No305.
There are washing machines, dehumidifiers, dryers, straighteners, small steam irons, microwave ovens, wireless internet, towels, shampoo, hair conditioners, body cleansers, soap, induction, small refrigerators, and more.
There are four CCTVs outside the house, and the door of the room is equipped with a digital door lock.
Especially around my house, it is very safe and quiet even late at night.

Great location (within 400 metres of Hongdae Station), clean & cozy studio apartment, and easy to message host! It was very inexpensive for our stay as well. Note that it's a couple flights of stairs up, which may be a challenge if you require elevator access (there's no elevator) or if you're bringing lots of heavy luggage up. I'm relatively young so we had no trouble with some backpacks and carry-on luggage.

A hidden gem in Hongdae where it is in the center of everything - restaurants, shopping, cafes, parks, etc. Hongik University (Line 2) station is less than 10mins walk. The Host was very considerate, kind, and responsive. They sent picture instructions for how to get to the place. It was a lovely stay and would love to come back. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and relatives.

The hostel owner is very nice and kind, easy to contact and will reply your message in a timely way. English communication is no problems. Location: Very good, takes 5 mins walk from the train station and bus stop. And has easy access to the other place. Room: Spacious for 2 people, with sufficient home appliances. Very clean, no smell and very bright lighting. Definitely will recommend to others!

The owner was very friendly and understanding to our situation. Communication was not a problem. The place had everything you need and is very conveniently placed near the station and stores to visit and shop from. Wonderful stay!

The host was super friendly and helpful with my trip to Korea—great communication! The place is really close to Hongdae Station but still nice and quiet. The room had lots of useful stuff, and there are tons of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby you can walk to. It’s also easy to get around with all the public transport. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Seoul!
