    Recently completed renovations have created a fresh, stylish space that you'll be among the first to enjoy. The apartment is ideal for those seeking an authentic Seoul experience away from the hustle and bustle.



    With its bright, open layout, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a washer, a large bathroom, a dedicated workspace, a cozy lounge area, and a comfortable queen-size bed. The abundance of mirrors adds to the sense of light and space, enhancing your overall experience.

Our family of four stayed here, and we were blown away by how incredibly spacious this place is! Despite being called a "studio," the size was more than enough for the four of us to relax in total comfort without ever feeling crowded. The apartment was recently renovated, and everything inside feels brand new. Walking in felt exactly like stepping into a premium, newly-built home. All the appliances, furniture, and amenities were completely pristine and spotlessly clean. The location and surroundings are unbeatable. It is extremely close to the subway station, making commuting around Seoul a breeze. Best of all, there is a massive park right in front of the building and the park has everything like joggin path and outdoor gym, playground, tennis court and etc. The view from the window is beautifully lush and green, and taking daily walks in such a gorgeous park was incredibly healing. An amazingly large space, flawless new renovation, beautiful park views, and perfect subway access—this place has it all. It is the ultimate accommodation for families. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seoul!

Stayed here with a friend. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax at night. There is also a park right across from the building, so the area felt open and pleasant. We didn't actually use the park, but it was nice to have nearby. The subway station is about a 10-minute walk away. We mostly used taxis during our stay, so it wasn't an issue for us. Taxis were easy to get in the area. The apartment was clean and felt a little more spacious than it looked in the photos. It was comfortable for two people. A good choice if you prefer a quieter area rather than staying right in the middle of the tourist districts.
