    You could hardly imagine a better way to spend your vacation. Arrive at this beautiful vacation home and enjoy this tasteful house on two floors. The furnishings and fittings are complemented by lovely decorations with a maritime theme, creating a homely ambience that invites you to relax. Simply let everyday vacation life take its course, start the day with a light breakfast at the dining table or drink your coffee on the terrace or balcony. Afterwards you can jump into the pool or wash off under the outdoor shower.



    Grab your beach bag and stroll to the nearest plateau beaches. Dive into the beautiful waters of the bay, discover the underwater waves while snorkeling or let yourself drift with the waves on the surface. In the charming coastal town of Senj, you can climb up to the medieval Nehaj Castle, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and the island of Krk. Beautiful nature experiences await you in the Velebit Nature Park and the Plitvice Lakes National Park.

The wonderful house and the care of the landlords made our stay unforgettable, thank you very much!

The wonderful house and the care of the landlords made our stay unforgettable, thank you very much! A big shout out to the high-quality and stylish bathrooms, the spacious space and the pool with a unique view of the sea. You can find everything you need as a family with children to be happy and have a great holiday! There are even 'private' bathing bays and platforms that can be reached via a staircase to the sea close to the house. Wonderful! The facilities were more than sufficient, the gas grill made fresh fish from the bay to our regularly high quality dinners.The village of Lukovo is fantastic, quiet and picturesquely situated by the sea with the cleanest water you could wish for. Refreshing due to the many spring waters and therefore clear right to the bottom. The two bays that you can go to for bathing are ideal for swimming, snorkeling and SUPing. We also felt in good hands thanks to the hosts, who were always available!Perhaps one important tip: since there are no shops in Lukovo, make sure you do some well-prepared bulk shopping in one of the supermarkets in Senj before you arrive ;-)

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war leider nicht so entspannt, wie wir es uns erhofft hatten. Während die Unterkunft selbst in einem guten Zustand war und die Lage durchaus attraktiv, gab es einige störende Faktoren, die unseren Urlaub beeinträchtigt haben.Ein großes Manko war das Verhalten der Vermieter. Sie neigten dazu, die Mieter während ihres Aufenthalts anzusprechen, was das Gefühl von Privatsphäre erheblich einschränkte. Besonders unangenehm war es, dass sie unsere Kinder wiederholt ansprachen, obwohl diese die Sprache nicht verstanden.Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war, dass die Vermieter unaufgefordert das Grundstück betraten, um Gegenstände wie Kissen wegzuräumen, obwohl das Wetter gut war und dies nicht notwendig erschien. Dies führte dazu, dass wir uns ständig beobachtet und in unserer Privatsphäre gestört fühlten.Wichtig zu erwähnen ist auch, dass in der Beschreibung des Ferienhauses nicht erwähnt wurde, dass die Vermieter direkt nebenan wohnen. Hätten wir das im Vorfeld gewusst, hätten wir das Haus nicht gebucht.
