"Excellent stay. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners were so lovely and their home cooked breakfast was delicious! The property is central to everything and so many options near the property to eat! Rye beach is at the end of the road! Although the weather was a mixed bag we absolutely loved our stay! "Room spotless very cosy staff fantastic everything close by the shops Fab layout of room washing machine and all in one tumble dryer. The most spotless bathroom on the planet. Shower was like new. "Stayed for 2 nights when at a conference at the Brighton centre. I think this is the best area to stay in Brighton and it was very easy to find/access the property from the instructions. A couple of things could take it from being a decent stay to somewhere really nice, which wouldn’t cost much. The flat was clean however the bed uncomfortable. Generally a cold place but quickly heats with the radiator on. If you’re a light sleeper you will probably want ear plugs and maybe even an eye mask as...
