BEDROOMS
There are two generous double bedrooms with luxurious king size beds that can be separated into four singles, to suit your group.

Each bedroom has its own stylish en suite, so you can freshen up in privacy or take your time pampering yourself after a long day. Both rooms open directly out onto the pool area, so you can move seamlessly from bed to lounger!


KITCHEN
The fully equipped contemporary kitchen, with premium granite worktops, is perfect for sociable cooking as it opens out onto the al fresco living and dining areas, and the poolside deck.
The dining area comfortably seats eight, from lively breakfasts to elegant dinners in the tranquil, tropical poolside setting.


LIVING ROOM
The living area is a harmony of indoor and outdoor relaxation, with comfortable and cozy seating for chatting, reading or unwinding. The Bluetooth sound system lets you set the mood, and with the villa smartphone and high speed internet, you can stay connected with the outside world from the haven of your isolated getaway – if you want to!

For days when you want to get out and about, you’re only five minutes’ walk from the popular Petitenget Beach, as well as some of the area’s most vibrant restaurants, bars and clubs. Alternatively, the pool at Villa Tsuchi is serene and inviting, set within its own tropical garden. The spacious sun deck welcomes you to while away the hours on one of the loungers or in the poolside seating area.

Guest Access:
This listing is for the entire unit, so you will have the Villa for yourself and enjoy all access to the property!

The Neighborhood:
Seminyak is Bali's most stylish and upscale beach resort area. It also hosts a number of fine restaurants and boutiques. Fashion stores line Seminyak's streets. You can also find some of Bali's top.

Right outside the villa, the famous Eat Street provides a wide range of stylish bars, restaurants, and relaxing massage parlors.

Just a short drive away, the beautiful Ku De Ta beach is a gorgeous spot to unwind while the sun sets on the horizon.

Getting Around:
Simply take a short walk get around Seminyak area!
Other than that, the best will be rent a scooter, but careful of Bali's busy roads! Give our Manager a call, using our Villa's phone, to organize these during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
- Rate is room only, breakfast is not included,
- Extra person (above 2 years old) will be subject to additional charge, which will be settled upon arrival at the villa (not included in room rate),
- Professional housekeeping is included in the booking rate,
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the bedrooms, but allowed in the outdoor spaces (any damage caused by smoking will be charged to the guest),
- People other than those in the Guest party set forth above are not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest,
- The villa is located in a residential area. Loud music/noise is prohibited after 10 pm,
- Shared parking available (possible for car or scooter).
