Què no li ha agradat: Neteja
The staff were beautiful and helpful. 10 min walk to the beach. Great eateries close by and Bintang Supermarket is a 5 min walk. The villa was ok. The fridge was Cold. When it rained, everything in the kitchen got wet. There was water leaking on the back wall into the dining room area. Making it quite dangerous to walk. The upper shower faced outwards towards the flooring, we asked for it to be fixed. It was replaced, however still did the thing. I put our dirty towels on floor to be washed, staff rolled them up and put back on rack uncleaned ( I know as my towel had a stain). The lock on the entry door to the villa broke, engineer fixed, but not well as we still had issues with locking and unlocking our front door. Tv in downstairs did not work properly and we had to get someone to look at it numerous times before being replaced. The decking around the pool is dangerous and needs replacing ASAP. The pool umbrellas have holes, and mould. The cushions under cabana are mouldy. And the cushion in the middle of pool is full of algae. NoN slip tiles would be advantages near the pool. The music, that comes from the next door building is Loud. It goes from around 10pm to 3 or 4am.
