The space
The Villa offers an elegant design with 5 self-contained bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (accommodating up to 12-13 pax with possible extra beds). Nestled around a large swimming pool (11*4*1.5m). It is ideally located in a tranquil and secure part of Seminyak, Drupadi area, the fashionable area of Seminyak.

The location is one of the best on this wonderful island, being only a 700m stroll to the excellent beach nearby. A large range of fashion stores, bars and fine restaurants are also just minutes away. From this comfortable base, accessing the best of venues of Bali is simple: La Favela, Zibiru, La Plancha, Nalu Bowls, Shelter Cafe, Batik...

The five comfortable bedrooms have individual, private bathrooms, air conditioning and are perfect for balancing your privacy with the more social common areas of the villa.

The semi-open living space is located under the main Joglo structure with lounge, dining and open bar/kitchen area with a total of 80 m2.

Other things to note
The living/common area of this villa is semi-open, which means there is no air conditioning in this area. However, ceiling fans are available for your comfort.

*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
- A: Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. However a menu with different options is available at the villa for you to choose from if needed. We will be happy to help you arrange all kinds of services. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you. Kindly note that your butler is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is for 10 people, but the maximum capacity is for 13 people which means that the 11th, 12th, and the 13th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be USD25/night/person from 2 years old.
