THE VILLA ESTATE
The Olivia Estate was designed with large groups in mind and consists of 10 bedrooms (with 17 beds flexible accommodation from 7 x king beds and 10 x adult singles to 9 x king and 6 bunk bed (adult singles) with air conditioning. All bedrooms benefit from ensuite bathrooms with high quality vanity units/fixtures & fittings. There’s a spacious open plan living and entertainment room with large flat screen Smart TV and Netflix next to a well-fitted kitchen and dining area.

A large table for 20 guests sits in the dining area with views across the stunning mature tropical garden and large pool, perfect for large parties to socialise over a delicious meal cooked by your own private chef.

An inviting 14 x 6 metre swimming pool (child & non-swimmer friendly) is situated in the tropical garden area along with an outdoor daybed, sun loungers as well as an entertaining and BBQ area. A BBQ is available for use. Laze around the pool area for a drink and a chat or relax to a good book while cooling down in the inviting pool. The garden area is perfect for the kids to run around on or for a picnic lunch in the shade of the magnificent trees.

This popular beachside estate provides 2 x king bedrooms on the upper level of the Main Pavilion with a further 3 x king and 2 x twin bedrooms in the Pool Pavilion. The Garden Pavilion area benefits from 2 x king bedrooms and also a bunk bedroom of 3 x bunks containing 6 x adult single beds so 10 bedrooms in total of 17 beds flexible accommodation.

Breakfast is served daily and included in the rate and daily housekeeping ensures your stay with us is as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

MAKING A BOOKING
The rate includes all of the following:

• Luxury villa estate accommodation with 10 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms (17 beds flexible accommodation eg. from 7 x king beds and 10 x adult singles to 9 x king and 6 x bunk bed adult singles)

• Airport transfers both ways (multiple pick-ups / drop-offs available for same group bookings) in comfortable air-conditioned vehicles – don’t worry, we send enough cars for all guests and luggage!

• Welcome drink and cold towels on arrival

• Our highly rated full-time, in-house chef

• Complimentary breakfast per guest each morning of your stay. For other meals you simply pay for ingredients at cost (with receipts supplied) which works out approx USD6-USD8 per person depending on what you order. It is a very cost-effective way of eating for when you don't wish to eat out at the excellent restaurants nearby and the private chef is excellent!

• Car & Driver available 8 hours per day (excludes petrol) - Suzuki APV or similar for up to 8 adults including driver. The driver will work extra hours for just USD5 per hour.

• Free 1-hour professional Balinese massage for each guest (minimum 3 nights booking) – perfect for unwinding and relaxing after your journey. A full spa menu also available for in-villa treatments.
