Surrounded by open fields and bathed in sunshine, this impressive property offers a peaceful retreat for up to 8 adults seeking an authentic rural experience. The estate is composed of a main house and a separate outbuilding, situated outside the resort area approximately 3 km from the centre of Selva, making it an ideal holiday rental for those who value privacy and space. The fully fenced natural-state property features a generous lawn and a wildlife garden, creating a serene and unspoiled environment. A private swimming pool measuring 12 x 5 m with a depth ranging from 50 to 180 cm is available throughout the entire year, from 01 January to 31 December, ensuring year-round enjoyment. Parking is conveniently available on the premises directly at the house. Guests also benefit from internet access and WiFi throughout their stay, keeping them connected while immersed in the beauty of the Mallorcan countryside.

The property features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms distributed thoughtfully between the ground floor and upper floor, offering a comfortable and modern living experience with bright, well-appointed interiors and contemporary Scandinavian-influenced furnishings.

On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is furnished with a Scandinavian wood stove intended for decorative purposes, a dining table, and a flat screen digital television. This space benefits from air conditioning and forced-air heating, and provides direct access to the patio. The fully equipped kitchen on this level includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and access to the terrace. The ground floor also hosts 3 shower and WC bathrooms serving the rooms on this level. The first double bedroom on this floor is fitted with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a fan, and direct access to the terrace. The second double bedroom on this floor is a large room featuring 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, air conditioning, forced-air heating, and access to the terrace. Please note that one of the double bedrooms is situated outside the main apartment, with no internal connecting door between the 2 separate properties.
