  • - The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Beautiful villa at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, in Selva, for 7 people. Relax and enjoy the mountain in this villa, located in the Serra de Tramuntana.
    It consists of 340 square meters and is distributed in 2 levels.
    The house has 4 bedrooms:
    - 1 bedroom with single bed
    - 1 bedroom bed of 180x190
    - 1 bedroom bed of 160x190
    - 1 bedroom bed of 160x190
    It also has baby cot and highchair.
    Living room with satellite TV, wifi, stereo and table and chairs for 8 people.
    Fully equipped kitchen with appliances.
    3 bathrooms with bathtubs and showers.
    Once outside you will enjoy barbecue, a pool of 8 x 4.5 x1,80 meters, 8 sunbeds, private garden and terrace.
    The nearest grocery store is 1 kilometer, as well as the pharmacy and the village center of Selva.
    Consult special price for reservations of 4 people.
    ETV/7214 SON RUBI
    Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
    A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
    The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.   
    'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.   
    The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old.  
    In case you have a HOTMAIL account and after 12 hours you do not have received any answer, please check your SPAM-file.   
    Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

Son Rubi ist ein Traum! Allerbeste Ausstattung mit Liebe zum Detail. Die Vermieterin Maria ist sehr nett und wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt.

Amazing week in the villa...

We had an amazing week in the villa. The location was stunning and the sunset views from the terrace were dreamy every night. The beds were very comfy and there was plenty of space for everyone (five adults and a toddler). The pool was perfect for our 3 year old to start learning to swim in which was really special. Villa very well equipped with everything you need. Would recommend 100%

Perfect holiday in every way !

Family of 5 , we had a relaxing and enjoyable 2 weeks staying at the villa. It is a perfect location , quiet, scenic and an ideal location for exploring the Island. The villa itself is spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything you would ever need during your holiday. Maria the owner is an excellent host and always on the end of the telephone if required. The outside space and pool are truly amazing and the views of both Selva and the mountains are memorable. A must do, is to drive through Selva into the mountains where you will find spectacular scenery and places to visit. We will definitely return in the future it was so good !

Top Service, besser geht nicht...

Wir haben Anfang des Jahres eine Finca für einen Urlaub auf Mallorca gesucht und haben unser Wunschobjekt bei VILLAONLINE gefunden. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis hin zur Kontaktaufnahme wurden wir jederzeit bestens betreut. Auf Rückfragen wurde immer sofort und freundlich geantwortet. Kommunikation funktionierte auf deutsch per Email oder auch am Telefon. Wir würden jederzeit wieder über VILLAONLINE buchen und können das Unternehmen wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr gute Erholung in wunderbarer Umgebung

Das Haus liegt ländlich zwischen Inca und Selva auf einem sehr großen Grundstück. Es ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wir haben uns bei der Ankunft direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Maria ist eine perfekte und sehr liebenswerte Vermieterin, die immer um unser Wohl besorgt war und uns sogar mit Gemüse aus ihrem Garten versorgt hat. Nochmals ganz lieben Dank dafür. ¡Muchas gracias! Und ja, es gibt Insekten. Aber aufgrund der Lage und der Jahreszeit hat uns das weder überrascht noch gestört. Zudem gibt es in der Nachbarschaft und damit in Hörweite Hunde, Pferde, Esel und mindestens einen Hahn auf vollständig umzäunten Grundstücken. Für uns Stadtmenschen war das wunderbar und überhaupt nicht störend. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist für ein Ferienhaus perfekt. Es sind sogar Luftmatratzen und Poolspielzeug für die Kinder vorhanden. Alles in allem ein sehr toller, erholsamer Urlaub. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Luft nach oben, aber echt gut.

Insgesamt hat uns die Finca sehr gut gefallen. Ich möchte zunächst einige sehr positive Punkte nennen, die uns sehr gut gefallen haben. Später liste ich ein paar Gedankenanstöße auf, die wir als Verbesserungsvorschläge sehen. + Fantastische Lage (Ausblick auf die Berge und auf Selva). + Ruhige Lage mit ausreichen viel Platz zu Nachbarn. Lautstärke war überhaupt kein Thema. + Viele Kühlmöglichkeiten für Nahrungsmittel. + Sehr schöne Einrichtung in allen Zimmern (Sofas, Kerzen, Möbel, Küche, Außenbereich mit Liegen und Beleuchtung). + Gute Ausstattung (viele Handtücher, Liegen, Geschirr, Grill, Sonnenschirme für Pool und Strand). + Moskitosprays und Steckdosen-Moskito-Abwehr wurden zur Verfügung bereitgestellt. + Liebevolle Einrichtung im mallorquinischen Stil. + WLAN hat sehr gut funktioniert. + Kommunikation mit Betreuung Vorort war sehr gut. Sie war immer erreichbar. - Zu kleine Betten (nur 140cm) für Erwachsene. - Nur eine große Bettdecke für ein Doppelbett. - sehr viele Insekten im Pool. - Keine Moskitonetze an den Fenstern. - Schwimmbereich (tiefer als 120cm) im Pool recht klein. - TV war aufgrund eines Sturmes defekt. - Aggressive Hunde in der Nachbarschaft. Zu Fuß war es sehr unangenehm, am teilweise defekten Zaun mit den Hunden vorbei zu laufen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die Organisation. Viele Grüße Stefan Gollhofer

Great spacious house with great view

Hello all, When you look for a house, you can stop looking. This house is a really great! We didn't really know what we could expect after looking at the pictures but when we arrived we we're pleasantly suprised by the size of the house. The rooms looked great and were cooled with fans or airconditioning. The bathrooms were very neat and there were even mints in every bathroom. Also there were extra supplies for the bathrooms like toiletpaper and also there were at least two towels for everybody which was a very nice suprise! On top of this all the owner is really lovely, she is easily approachable and is willing to help you with everything. She has two really sweet dogs which will try to escape to enjoy the comapny of the renters but she will try her best to lock them up if you want that. But we enjoyed the stay of them. I would recommend this house to everybody who wants to enjoy Mallorca in a easy going way. You can go to little towns, cross the mountains en sit by the pool. We're even thinking about going back in April or May because the stay was so pleasant.

What a beautiful house! Fantastic holiday!

This house is huge, and gorgeous, very well decorated and everything you could need is in the house. The owner, Maria, was so friendly and helpful to us, even gifting us a bottle of wine on the first night of our stay. The pool is fantastic and very secluded. The area is very beautiful and there are supermarkets very near by. The house is also very easy to get to from the airport. Maria has two very sweet dogs (including one gorgeous golden labrador who we fell totally in love with) and occasionally they would visit the house, which was great as we love dogs, but might not be ideal if you are not a dog lover. I could not recommend this villa enough, it really is one of a kind. We had a lovely stay and thank Maria very much for making it possible!
