The house is developed on two floor, with 5 sleeping room and a spacious garden.

More in details, the spaces outside are surrounded by nature, an heated salted swimming pool 10.5x4.70 cm , 1.60cm deep, a wood terrace with sunbeds, umbrellas, a Balines bed and chill area where to relax, drink a wine and chatting. Very appreciated the veranda 15x5mt for summer dinners and the fireplace. Is also available a tiny house with the Bbq and the wood oven for a special pizza.
The view is really spectacular and the privacy is guaranteed.

Directly from the terrace we enter inside : the living room with sofas and all he entertainments to relax, in the same space the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area with table and chairs. Another lounge room is dedicated to the TV room and the pool table.
Villa Vineyards is well furnished and all the details were designed for the guests comfort, as the high quality linen and the private bathrooms for each bedroom, all with 2 twin beds, air conditioning, dressing room. One room has an office area with desk and chairs and 4 of 5 a private balcony. All the rooms has underfloor heating.

The property offers also a table tennis a basketball hoop and a tennis court, shared with the closed Villa Sofia, the Villas are inside the same property and can be rent together and hosts until 20 person, to ensure a relaxing and comfortable holidays, is also available the Private chef service.

The area is perfect for a walk in the 20 hectars of vineyard and Mediterranean gardens or a bike tour, hiking in the nature and relax on the beach.
