Rustic 1-bedroom Apartment with shared terrace, suitable for up to 2 adults + 1 child under 14 years age. This apartment with view on the Dolomites is furnished in a rustic Tyrolean style. It consists of a double room, a bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower facility, washbasin and toilet and a living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed. The Apartment has direct access to the terrace, shared with the other apartment, which looks southwards and offers a wonderful view of the Dolomites. The kitchenette is equipped with stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more. Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:- Adults (from 14 years): 2- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departurePlease note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. In winter the location is perfect, as you can reach the ski slope Plan da Tieja almost directly from the house (about 50 metres). The ski bus stops just a few steps from the house and takes you free of charge (using the free tickets provided at check-in) to the Dolomiti Superski lifts, such as the Col raiser and Saslong cable cars. The return trip is on skis, almost directly to the front of the house. There is a ski rental less than 50 m from the house. Ski enthusiasts will love it! In summer the Col Raiser cableway is particularly advantageous, just 450 m from the house. Just a few steps from the house there is the “Old Railway Walking Path” that will allows you to discover Val Gardena on foot or by bike. The center of S. Cristina is approx. 400 m away, the center of Selva is approx. 1.8 km away. The bus stop is only 400 m away and allows you to reach Selva and Ortisei free of charge. There is a pizzeria, restaurant and bar aprox. 50 m from the house away. Grocery shops and other shops are approx. 400 m away in the center of S. Cristina.
