This comfortable holiday apartment in the Seepark Sellin offers 52 m² of space for up to four people and boasts a central location. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, Sellin Pier, and Sellin Lake are only about 900 meters away. Shops, restaurants, a bakery, and the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World are all within easy walking distance.

During your stay, you can use the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World swimming pool free of charge for up to three hours daily (except from June 29th to September 14th, 2026). A modern fitness area is also available for your free use, providing a welcome change of pace during your holiday.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the living area offers a sofa bed for two additional guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and other kitchen utensils. Wi-Fi and initial bed linens are included. The bathroom features a bathtub.

The sunny southeast-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air at the end of the day. A bicycle storage room, bread roll delivery service, and a paid underground parking space complete the amenities. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. A security deposit of €200.00 is required for the apartment and will be refunded after departure and proper handover.

Please note: From May 26, 2026, to July 10, 2026, renovation work will be taking place on the balconies. During this time, there may be temporary restrictions on balcony use and construction-related noise. We kindly ask you to take this into account when making your booking.
